Unfortunately fell for the claims of different probiotics and tested it to make curd. Test 1): With very little curd culture add 2 capsules of this product to milk. The milk got spoilt with grainy separation of milk and water , it was not solid mass, but its like grains of milk separated and water and foul smell and spoilt taste. Test 2) Tried same approach as above BUT WithOUT this capsules! Curd came out fine!! (Test 2 is important to rule out issue in the culture and to confirm that the other ingredient i.e capsules are cause of spoilage) Difference in test1 and test2 is this capsule being used in test1 (and it spoiled) Repeated this experiment on 4 different days, every single time the spoilage result is seen! It proves with great accuracy that this capsules contain some pathogens! Growing probiotic bacteria without contamination is not easy and seems this company could not prepare pathogen-free probiotics and are selling capsules that contain bad bacteria also!! Stay safe, Manufacturer can use methods to identify the unexpected strains of bad bacteria present in the product and fix it. Just claiming this product is good wont work, there is proof that this product is causing spoilage [it proves some bad bacteris is present in it]

Very good product for gut health. After started to take this product , gut related problems have been subdised. It is a good appetizer also.

Koi khaas effect nahi dikha

I won’t recommend or ever use this. Its very low quality and creates a lot of gas problem.

The seal was open . Instead of 60 capsules there were only 57 capsules instead.
