I’ve been taking this supplement for years. I used to get it through someone with a Pure Encapsulation account at a great discount. I lost my contact and I ran out and within a week or so I was dragging. Once I started taking it again, the fog lifted, I was in a great mood, and my mental clarity was back on track. I highly recommend this supplement.

My 2 yo would not talk much seems to stumble with words and have trouble with moving mouth and tongue. I did give him the omega vitamins - SMARTY PANTS line and that seemed to help a bit. A functional medicine doctor told me to avoid dairy for him so we changed from cows milk to rice powder, coconut milk with a little bit of goats milk. He had been on iodine and selenium + Multiminerals all along. To no avail. But it seems that when I added brewers yeast and this cognitive aminos along with some phosphatidylserine- he is a lot more talkative and has gotten into the word explosion that should happen right around age 2. He is now 2 years and 4 or 5 months old - there was the potential he was going to have this speech issue all along but these cognitive aminos seems to help. He gets a capsule into his mixes every day and some of that gets discarded so I would say he is taking a little under a whole capsule a day. Oh forgot to say he also has glycine on his formula which should also help with brain function.

This is a brand that I trust. My integrative doctor also sells it and she if VERY picky. She won't sell a vitamin or other product unless she goes to the factory and sees what is happening there for herself. I found when I am going through phases of foggy headedness, this is very helpful. I will take it for a while (usually 3-4 weeks) until I am back on track. It's nice having something like this when I need it. It has been suggested to take it early in the day, which I always do so I am not sure if it will keep you up at night.

Hard to judge the effectiveness of this product but it seems to be working. Most likely we will need to take this for a few months to know.

Have been taking this for a few years, after a doctor suggested I try it. Can't take one after 12 noon or it's difficult to go to sleep.

My doctor had me on this to help keep me even-keeled heading into my middle 40s and peri-menopause. I combine Pure's Cognitive Aminos, 5-HTTP, Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha for a good night's sleep. 1 capsule each prior to bed and before my Melatonin. Since taking I don't need Xanax or Klonipin to get into a deep sleep. If particularly stressed, I take during the day.
