Consistently good arch support
Have been using these for years - recommended by my podiatrist . Pleased with the arch support they give. Helped me to relieve plantar fasciitis and now helping me to heal peroneal tendinitis. Off the shelf brands do not work for me - they tend to be too soft and pliable. I will continue to buy this brand. Happy customer.

Good but limited
For ready made orthotics these are comfortable and affordable. If your problems are of a run of the mill sort, I think these will be quite helpful in making your average shows more comfortably and supportive. In my case, my foot pain has been excessive and unceasing. I finally saw a physical therapist who specializes in custom orthotics and was told that I have a defect in my bone structure that has led to my foot pain. He said that no ready made products would fully help because I need to have my specific problem corrected. If you're new to foot pain or have successfully treated it with insoles before I would recommend these. If you have serious, continuing pain I would stop buying ever weird thing you find in hopes of finding relief and go see a profile.

Excellent! Would Buy Again!
I have wide, and what I consider low arches. I wear a size 7D in New Balance. I started walking this year to get in shape, and average 20-25 miles a week. I developed blisters, and pain in the outer left edge of my left foot. I initially bought Dr. Scholl's heel pain gel insoles. They were comfortable, but I noticed my feet hang over the side because I wear a wide shoe. There was a gap between the insole and side of the shoe. That caused blisters. Also, because those insoles went on top of the New Balance insoles, it elevated my feet. The problem then was that the top laces hit a nerve, and after about 2 miles my feet would start tingling. I couldn't get the right combo of lacing to where they didn't rub, but were still keeping my foot in place. I looked for other options and ran across these. They have a money back guarantee. I didn't know if this would apply since I bought them on Amazon, not from the manufacturer. I emailed the manufacturer. They promised a response in 24 hours. I have yet to receive one. I took a chance and bought them anyway. Good decision. First, like I side, wide feet. These actually fit very snugly in my wide width shoes. That means no gap between an insole and the side of the shoe for my foot to hang over. They replace the factory insole, so there is now no issue with the height of my foot in the shoes, and I've had no tingling sensation with these. I bought the small, and took out my factory insoles and trimmed these to fit. Easy peasy. Like I said, I've never thought or been told I have a problem with my arches. However, after walking in these I've noticed significantly less pain, so something is working. Finally, these are firm. When I first felt them, I thought they would be like walking on rocks. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised in how well these feel. I have been walking faster and with less pain since I've been using these. They are worth the money.

5 Stars
I never comment on items. However, I had to post a review for this product. I was diagnosed with Posterior Tibial Tendon dysfunction two years ago. I also suffer from flat arches. At that time, several types of surgeries were recommended, but none seemed promising for lack of a better statement. I also serve in the Armed Forces. So comfort and healthy feet are most critical! I am currently deployed and as a result my foot pain has only become worse. I also ensure that I spend good money for both my boots and shoes. However, the support isn't sufficient. With that said, I received this product on the 13th of January along with the S6 (if the name is correct) compression sock. I ordered the Footminders insole a size smaller than what I wear. Initially, Day 1, for about the first 3 to 4 hours, I was kind of uncomfortable as I got used to walking around with them in my boots. I almost considered pulling them out. However, I forced myself to at least give it a day. Let me say that by the time I returned to my bunk at day's end, the improvement was SIGNIFICANT!! OMG! However, I slept in the compression sock to protect my feet and ankles last night and woke up this morning with ZERO....ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN! Tonight I will conduct my physical training as the running was killing me and am hoping that it goes much better. This is a process for foot sufferers, but so far this product gets 5-stars from me and I am ordering another pair as I write this review. Used in conjunction with a compression sock, relief will hopefully be immediate.

Not very soft
I have severe plantar fasciitis along with a heel spur. These inserts are well made but they are not soft enough for my liking. I've switched to Dr. Sholls and they are much better for me. These are sitting in my drawer not being used at this point. If you want support only they may be ok for you.

extremely oddly shaped and uncomfortable
I have a high arch and wanted something to help support that. While this product does have a high arch, the "arch" support extends so far back that it comes up under your heel. This forces your entire foot to underpronate like crazy; it is incredibly uncomfortable, and, beyond not being useful in any way, is probably bad for your foot. Maybe this is sized for someone with a much longer foot; however; I bought the correct size, so if this is the case, then the company really needs to make more sizes. To top it all off, I cannot even return them, since I had to cut one of them down to size to get a feeling for how it would be in my shoe.

they are ok for short periods but not for all day on my feet. I found that they were quite hard and started to hurt my feet after a couple hours.
