Spectrum Math, Grade 2

I’m genuinely impressed with the Spectrum Math Workbook, Grade 2! This workbook strikes the perfect balance between fun and foundational learning, making it ideal for kids around ages 7–8. The variety of activities keeps young learners engaged, and the exercises are thoughtfully designed to reinforce key math skills like addition, subtraction, fractions, and problem-solving. Excellent math book for my homeschooler. He’s 7 and 1st grade. I like the momentum that it builds on. I like the pace.

I have my children worth on these after school. These work books really help children get ahead in school. They work even better during the summer.

Our second grader grandchildren are loving these. They are learning/practicing the math taught at school….reinforcing the math concepts.

Great book

We used this for our second grade math and it went ok. I noticed my son would at times be frustrated with it because it lacked pictures/colors and he thrives on that. We switched math for third grade, but I left it at 5 stars because if your child thrives on doing equations without colors/pictures, this is perfect for them. It is more of a skills practice math workbook to keep math sharp.

I enjoyed this workbook for my daughter’s class. It is in the area or close to what she is learning in school. It also provides easy instructions for my little one to follow.

Good and useful Content

Just 15 minutes a day can really be a help in you child's math. The use of this book over the holidays, keeps the "learning slide" to a minimum.

Nice book very nice content for practice.

Provides explanations and gradually increases complexity. I’m bought these for my 3 kids (7, 9 and 11 YO) and they are able to work through it on their own most of the time. New concepts are explained quite well but you will probably need to assist with more complex ones.
