Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series - PlayStation 4

I must say I really enjoyed this Marvel game. After playing both seasons of the Batman Telltale Series on the PS4, I wondered how the Guardians would turn out. And this turned out better than I thought. At first I tried to get the whole series via download off the PS4 but noticed episode 1 was missing from the store. Then I look this game up on Amazon and it contains episode 1, leaving the other episodes as add-ons. I thought that was interesting for a change of pace. I really enjoy the decision making games where one choice leads to a whole other string of choices, ultimately leading to various outcomes. When I started playing this, I was instantly tuned in right away to the song "Livin' Thing" by Electric Light Orchestra on the main menu. And the concept of this game, the characters, the story, as well as the humor, makes this look even better that the Guardians movies. But don't just take my word for it. And if you're an avid Guardians of the Galaxy fan, or a fan of decisive games, or video games in general, I'd say give this game a try. Trust me, it will be worth it.

Works as intended

My favorite telltale game from the little telltale games I have played so far.

If you like Telltale, you'll love this! I'm currently on the 2nd episode and I'm already hooked! Lost a star for the outdated game engine and it shows with hiccups when loading a next action scene. This could give someone a bit of a headache. If you already play enough Telltale games, then you already knew that. This is the only way to unlock and download the other episodes. As the official digital version is unavailable. With this you have permission to download the rest of the episodes! So long you do it in-game! Snice it's not available for purchase the digital copy.

It’s a shame that the company went under because this game was so fun to play. I look forward to the sequel which will never be released

Was worried that I couldn’t get episodes 2 - 5, but they downloaded fine, great story, great game, great replay-ability!

Fun and unique versions of the characters from those movies we all like, with a little more story and some fun choice elements along the way. Worth it for the story, the gameplay at least keeps you engaged.

THIS GAME IS CANCELLED since OCTOBER 11, 2018. Basically the game its supposed to have 5 episodes, but they are not available anywhere. BECAUSE the gaming company that made it TELLTALE shut down. THE GAME DOES NOT INCLUDE THE LAST FOUR episodes and they are not available anywhere. The developers shut down.

ゲーム自体はアクション要素が一切ない紙芝居。 ゲーム自体もつまらないものだが、 許せなかったのは登場キャラ達。 どいつもこいつも似ても似つかない風貌。 中古ショップに持っていっても海外製は 買い取ってもらえず。。 無駄な買い物をしました。

Great game

I gave it 3 stars because of the hassle required to play the dlc episodes, lucky for me I already have a US account. but it's still a hassle. luckily you can play it on UK account once they are installed. just needed to be linked to US account to download

did not mention that telltale series has ended its contract with marvel, as a result, only episode 1 can be played. cannot create a new account from gog either. tried it multiple times
