Great little toaster. I bought this toaster to make toast or bagels at work. Very easy to use. Heats up very fast and evenly toasts my bagels. I love the touch screen display. Makes it so much simpler to operate. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a toaster.

Overall, I like the features and design of this unit. My only complaint is that it does not toast both sides of the bread evenly (one side is always lighter than the other). In addition, the touch setting take a bit of getting used to. It is very easy to use, yet there isn't a lot of user control once a selection has been made. It is very easy to burn your toast selection on the first try. Please note that the instruction booklet has information that may not apply to the model you receive.

UPDATE: Seller reached out after I reviewed and offered a refund if provided with evidence but when provided evidence of malfunctioning toaster (picture of one half toasted bagel and one undercooked and backside of bagels dont toast at all) said I needed to let it cool before using again and that I need to use bread instead of bagels. I hadn’t used the toaster beforehand and it was unplugged. If this is supposed to be made for bagels, waffles, bread, etc. why put those options on there and on their product description?? Seller didn’t acknowledge it was bad quality or faulty inferring it was user error. Don’t buy from them! I stand by my previous review…great aesthetic but bad quality! Original Review: Don’t waste your money! It got delivered Sept. 6 and here we are in October and for a few weeks now it has stopped toasting things on both sides and the timer settings don’t work. My window to return was Oct. 6 so I cant return it now. Sometimes things are not toasted at all and sometimes it burns everything. It is pretty to look at but unfortunately isn’t made with good quality. Wouldn’t buy this again.

I had been looking for a toaster that could toast a variety of breads and not break the bank. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned if I made the right choice. I’ve had it about a month or so and have NEVER had an issues. We use it several times a week. It’s toast a variety of breads and even warms them when needed. It’s very easy to switch bread types and toasting levels. I’ve never had anything not perfectly toasted as image implies, so the timer is spot on. I’ve even toasted over sized sourdough and it fits in the slots great. It’s easy to clean and look so nice on my counter. The price isn’t to bad compared to some others making this toaster a must have for us. It’s better then buying some of those from Walmart or Target that aren’t so pretty but cheap and cheaply made.

This is the best toaster we have ever owned. I wasn’t sure about buying this because of the price but it is well worth it!!! It toasts really quickly and perfect toast every time. We have done English muffins, raisin bread, whole wheat and regular bread. All done really well and quickly. Nothing burned or under done. It doesn’t dry out the bread either. Love it!

Great looking toaster and it works great

La posibilidad de selecciones es muy útil, particularmente poder escoger el tipo de pan. También nos ha resultado cómodo poder descongelar y con la programación continua, obtener el pan tostado.

Es muy bonito, la pantalla de ve estupenda. No calienta uniformemente, queda un lado más quemado que el otro, el resorte de expulsión no tiene suficiente fuerza para sacar el pan. No me arrepiento de la compra.
