Tastes fine, dissolves quickly. I could feel it working soon after I took the first dose, which surprised me, a lot. When it came time to take another dose, (6 hours later) my cough had returned, along with runny nose and sore throat symptoms. Again, I felt relief, and cough, runny nose and sore throat subsided. It is midnight, 6 hours after last dose, coughing has returned, sore throat is better, runny nose is better, still ache all over, but after 3rd dose, cough has calmed and I can maybe get some sleep. Its difficult to tell how much of an effect something designed to decrease recovery time is having in a process that involves natural healing...how can you tell if the meds are speeding up the recovery, or if you're getting better at a normal rate for this virus and the meds are just a plaecbo? I think I just figured that out...via a long story written below. The short version is, flu fix works and I love it! If you want to feel less terrible and become productive again - this will get you there. :) The long version: The 1st time I used the flu fix, I wasn't really sure if it was working, but I do remember popping these pills like an addict, unwilling to see what would happen if I stopped. For that reason, when I got the flu again, one of the 1st things I did was order more flu fix. Unfortunately, the package got lost, but Amazon kept telling me the package would arrive...it will be here tomorrow, now today, it's en-route!...whoops - it will be here tomorrow, now today, it's en-route!...whoops. Eventually they admitted it was lost so I ordered the flu fix from another site (at half the price!), but they sent the version for colds rather than flu fix. At this point, with the delays, I was a week and a half into the flu, and already over the worst, but still very much dragging. I started taking the cold meds because I had them, and many of the ingredients were the same as flu fix. They seemed to help, but again, I wasn't sure. I certainly wasn't watching the clock until I could take my next dose like I had been with the flu fix during my last bought with the flu.
