Used these to spatchcock a turkey breast for smoking. Cut through rib bones cleanly and even cut into the breast bone to help lay open the breast halves. Excellent grip. Sharp blades. I like the safety lock.

切れ味いいし、ちょっと硬いプラ容器も切れる。思ったより大きいのでこの切れ味だとちょっと怖い。キッチンに常備してます。

切れ味バツグン 気を付けないといけないのは自分の指をキズつけない用に気を付けて使う！おっちょこちょいの人は購入は止めた方がいいと思います

海外から発送されましたが、予定より早く2週間程度で受け取れました。バネ式で楽なものをと思ってましたが、開き部分が広くて手が大きい人じゃないと使いにくい。もう少し小さい商品を選んだ方が使いやすいと思う。
