We didn’t have any problems like most of the reviews say. It was easy to setup, the light quality is great, the price for the money is great. The speed is a little slower I’m sure that is due to not having a WiFi booster. But I’m going to get one and will update on if boosting the speed will make it run faster. My son hasn’t complained yet. It doesn’t re boot on its own so we’re good.

first thing is, why do all these educated design engineers print instructions in the smallest font made and leave large amounts of white space with nothing on it, The screens on the instruction sheet never showed up, had a terrible time getting getting setup, the keyboard is very hard to see the letters with the stupid lights of different colors shining in your face you can't adjust the volume on the speakers unless you go under the monitor because the volume control is way below the speakers, the power& adjusting buttons for the monitor are located on the back making it hard to turn on & off or adjust just a horrible design all together since I have another keyboard I will keep it but can't recommend it update:12/12/24 this machine is horrible, I got it set up, switched keyboard and running, it is very slow it respond to internet and now refuses to accept download say"incomplete information" when I tried to download a program from a company that I have on my other computer that I know it a good company and log-in problems with most of my internet programs DO NOT BUY THIS if you plan to use the internet

Everything works

My desktop computer crashed out on me. It was very old and ceased to be able to run more than one single thing at a time. It was loud. So I ordered this. The fans in the tower are much quieter. Software applications all run much faster on this one. I haven't tried to play any games on it really, but I edit books and often have 15 tabs open for various reasons and have several apps open, and it's had no problem keeping up with me. I think this was a huge steal for what I paid for it. Great deal. Graphics look fine to me, but again, I haven't really gamed on it yet. Only giving this three stars because the speakers were blown when I got them. They sound awful. Luckily, I still had my old sound bar so I didn't have to go without sound.

every now and then it has an inability to load my yahoo home page thru Firefox, or any page thru Firefox, and now the USB port for the keyboard that came with it is not working, I have to use a different port for it. Its not bad but is just a little jank. I also cant use the update automatically feature for the clock and calendar, it wont sync. when I first got it, the power supply cord didn't work, and they had to send out a new one, they were great for that.

This computer is so very nice. Wish l had order another one while it was on sale

Orderd this item as a Christmas gift for my 9year old wanted to see how he did with it before paying $2k on a nice gaming computer. Worst purchase I've ever received off Amazon got it and 1st thing there was no keyboard or mouse I. The box contacted there customer service traight to voice-mail did get a call back an hour later and was promised to be sent the missing items however it didn't end there i decided to use a wireless set I had to check the computer out when I opened the packaging it was even worse the face of the tower just fell completely off then after lookin it wasnt even the computer I had ordered. It was supposed to be a hp elite desk the one sent was an hp rp5800 two very different cpu's. But then I open the screen looked to be a nice samsung monitor but no as soon as I unfolded the stand boom the whole base is cracked idk why I didn't stop at this point but I kept going. I used a spare keyboard and mouse to get it hooked up set up and tested starts up fine but making strange hard drive sounds get to set up screen and guess what please hook up ethernet cable no wifi wich it was supposed to have per the item description or I wouldn't have even bothered at that point I just put it all back in the box contacted Amazon for a return and went straight to ups this was yesterday now let's see what I end up going through to get my refund!

I am so very disappointed with my purchase. I have reached out to the company that the computer came from but they are too busy to help me. I am unable to sign into my Microsoft account, my OneDrive account or any other account I have on the internet. I continue to get an error message saying I am not connected to a network, but I am. I have entered the Product Key that I received with the computer twice but it still does not work. Every other time, it will say error, then load after about 5 minutes or so. The rest of the time, I get a blank page that says, "Umm, something went wrong". I was so excited to get this and then to be super disappointed. I've tried to fix this myself for 3 days now. I'm about ready to send it back and get my money back, unless someone out there can help me!
