Good for what it is. Already ordered more ram and graphics card

first thing is, why do all these educated design engineers print instructions in the smallest font made and leave large amounts of white space with nothing on it, The screens on the instruction sheet never showed up, had a terrible time getting getting setup, the keyboard is very hard to see the letters with the stupid lights of different colors shining in your face you can't adjust the volume on the speakers unless you go under the monitor because the volume control is way below the speakers, the power& adjusting buttons for the monitor are located on the back making it hard to turn on & off or adjust just a horrible design all together since I have another keyboard I will keep it but can't recommend it update:12/12/24 this machine is horrible, I got it set up, switched keyboard and running, it is very slow it respond to internet and now refuses to accept download say"incomplete information" when I tried to download a program from a company that I have on my other computer that I know it a good company and log-in problems with most of my internet programs DO NOT BUY THIS if you plan to use the internet

My desktop computer crashed out on me. It was very old and ceased to be able to run more than one single thing at a time. It was loud. So I ordered this. The fans in the tower are much quieter. Software applications all run much faster on this one. I haven't tried to play any games on it really, but I edit books and often have 15 tabs open for various reasons and have several apps open, and it's had no problem keeping up with me. I think this was a huge steal for what I paid for it. Great deal. Graphics look fine to me, but again, I haven't really gamed on it yet. Only giving this three stars because the speakers were blown when I got them. They sound awful. Luckily, I still had my old sound bar so I didn't have to go without sound.

Performance has been great, setup was simple, and it works well for everyday use. My only complaint is that the keyboard backlight never worked. Still, overall it’s been a good buy.

We didn’t have any problems like most of the reviews say. It was easy to setup, the light quality is great, the price for the money is great. The speed is a little slower I’m sure that is due to not having a WiFi booster. But I’m going to get one and will update on if boosting the speed will make it run faster. My son hasn’t complained yet. It doesn’t re boot on its own so we’re good.

I know what you’re thinking—probably the same thing I thought when I stumbled upon this deal: “What a steal!” I saw the negative reviews but convinced myself, “What are the odds I’d end up with a faulty PC?” Excitedly, I opened the package and set everything up, only to find that the monitor wasn’t receiving a signal. I double-checked all the connections, and then I noticed that the HDMI port had some play in it and seemed to sink into the monitor. To troubleshoot, I grabbed a monitor from my son’s setup, which I knew was working perfectly. To my surprise, that one didn’t get a signal either. I’m not a computer expert, but it seemed clear that the problem was likely in the tower itself. My wife looked at me and said, “This is why you don’t buy refurbished.” I reached out to Amazon, and their only solution was to have me send it back. Great! Now I have to disassemble everything, repackage it, and drive 20 minutes to the nearest wholesale mart. So here’s your fair warning: proceed at your own risk. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

I am so very disappointed with my purchase. I have reached out to the company that the computer came from but they are too busy to help me. I am unable to sign into my Microsoft account, my OneDrive account or any other account I have on the internet. I continue to get an error message saying I am not connected to a network, but I am. I have entered the Product Key that I received with the computer twice but it still does not work. Every other time, it will say error, then load after about 5 minutes or so. The rest of the time, I get a blank page that says, "Umm, something went wrong". I was so excited to get this and then to be super disappointed. I've tried to fix this myself for 3 days now. I'm about ready to send it back and get my money back, unless someone out there can help me!
