LANGRIA 18-Cube DIY Shoe Rack, Storage Drawer Unit Multi Use Modular Organizer Plastic Cabinet with Doors, Black and White Curly Pattern

I got this unit and broke it up to place it in both my kid’s closets. It’s super sturdy and it holds they shoes and heavy skates with no problem. My husband also has a unit in his closet and I was happy that we could use the left over pieces from the first unit to just add on to another with no problem. One of my favorite things about this unit is being able to assemble it based on the available space in the house. If I need it to have three levels on one side and 6 on the other, no problem.

I really like this thing. I read the reviews about cheap construction and difficulty with assembly but ordered it anyway and I am well pleased. For the price you can't expect California Closet design or construction. I have it in my garage and it's a great way to keep our plethora of shoes neatly stored. It's flexible in the way it can be put together so there are several configurations possible. The doors are flimsy and may not withstand rough usage (read children) but we have not had a problem yet.

I am missing 2 of the black panels measuring 35m x 17 cm (13.8 x 6.7). Other wise good product. It seems to be sturdy enough. The design is nice. I may buy more.

The plastic design of the rack is pretty neat. It's made for an easy clean up, which I think I will definitely help it last longer. The joint connectors are an OK design. It is easy to disassemble and put back together. You can also design how many racks you want. I also like the design of the rack opener. It opens down and really hide all the messy shoes. Although it is design for just 2 shoes for each cube, I was able to put more into one cube. My daughter's shoes, about 4 or 5 pairs was able to fit into one cube. There are enough room for you to push the shoes all the way back and also turn it the other way. The only downfall I have on this rack is how tight it is. All the connectors connecting each plastic tiles in are so tight together that the cube doors are literally touching each other and grabbing on to each other. When I open one door, it drags another one to open. At least half of the cube doors are like that. Although there's a few that opens fine, it's pretty annoying sometimes.

I needed to change the configuration and put two columns instead of 3 as on the picture. Only after getting to the top I realized that I will not have a divider for the top row, so I decided not to do the top row and ended up with 16 cubes (8+8). It took me over 2 hours to put it together - I was very careful so I do not scratch any plastic parts and to align all doors so they open and close easily. It looks great, I had it for more than 3 months now and I like it more and more every day

Product seems self intuitive to put together but the instructions were terribly unclear as to what is a base panel, top panel, etc... that I had to keep scrolling back to the image of the product to try to figure it out!! No clue if it actually works but this directions crap is enough I make me regret purchasing!! Furthermore, there’s pieces missing!! I was supposed to have enough to make 18 cubes and only have enough to make 16!!!!! Terrible. Oh and didn I mention there is no seller contact info?!

Instructions were for a different cube set than I ordered and it took a bit to figure out how to start all the pieces. After you get a couple levels together you start to get a feel for what to do and it goes quicker. Mine also came with 3 pieces missing to finish the 17th and 18th compartments.. but if you order new hopefully all yours will be there :) Make sure to push hard on all connectors to assure metal is sitting all the way down in them. I’ve read other reviews where people were not happy with the material, thinking it was too cheesy or fragile.. but I do not agree with that. It seems like a durable plastic, with an adorable design. It can hold all my shoes, even the ones WITH boxes! I wear a size 7 and each cube will hold 2-3 pairs of shoes without boxes.

The product itself is really good. However, there are a few things need some improvements. The instruction coming with the product is a generic one, not specific for this product. I wasted about at least a half hour to put all the parts together and tore them apart again and again. Finally, I looked the images on the Amazon website to figure out how to put all the parts together correctly. Although the product description on the Amazon website states the final shape of the shoe rack can be vary, but the parts included in the package are just enough for the shape shown. If a different configuration is desired, either additional parts will be laid around, which is fine, or additional parts are required but no information about how to inquire them was provided.

Super light, easy to set up, sturdy just enough. It’s very plastic looking but didn’t the job and looks great.
