Good supplement
I have only been taking the mushroom supplement for over 2 weeks. So far it seems to be a good addition, have a little more energy. will update the review as time moves on.

I wanted a mushroom supplement that doesn't contain mycelium or potentially harmful additives such as magnesium stearate and/or silicon dioxide. A Google search ranked this one highly. It's beneficial for strengthening the immune system & for better cognitive function. It's 3rd party tested for quality & purity.

Probably the best mushroom product
I've been using this product for about two weeks. Last week I noticed that I was thinking a little more clearly. I've also had difficulty sleeping for the last few months, waking up 3:30 - 4:30 every morning and getting about 4 hours of sleep. This last week I have been sleeping til about 7:30 and feel so much better. My husband is an insomniac, so I got some more of this for him to try. We'll see how this works for both of us in the long term, and maybe I'll change my review to 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this product.
