Product is not yet installed but the build quality does not look fantastic. If it wasn’t for the fact I need a shower ASAP and the bathroom fitters have already commenced then I would definitely return it.

The set looks fantastic. Polished gold and a very sleek design. On first glance, the build quality doesn't seem sturdy or robust because of how lightweight it is (it’s much lighter compared to a normal shower head/kit). I will update as to its durability later on. The whole setup is quite straightforward. The instructions are clear and the pieces are pretty intuitive to assemble. I really like the concealed design of the system - it’s more hassle-free and looks much better than a standard one. The heads give off a very strong and consistent water flow. I love how big the main shower head is! It mimics a rainfall shower perfectly. The shower diverter turns smoothly and controls the water temperature very well. The heads are easy to clean and the handheld is comfortable to hold and use. I haven’t had an issue with any blockages or rusting, so I’m not sure how the heads would be affected in those situations.
