Been using these for a few weeks and already notice less pain and better grip strength. The different resistance levels are perfect for gradually building strength. Solid quality and easy to use at home.

These are the real deal. I used them to deal with tennis elbow, following instructions widely available on the internet. It was a slow recovery process to get back to my old self , but using these led to a big pain reduction quickly. I used them a couple of times a day for about 6 months, and still use them for a couple of weeks anytime, I feel like being a weekend warrior has put strain on the elbow tendon. The bands hold up well over time and are still providing what feels like the same level of resistance. I mostly used the green one, but needed the red one for a couple of weeks to master the technique the exercises for dealing with tennis elbow. Changing how much tension (i.e., where I grabbed) the green bar allowed me to increase the workout over time. Highly recommend this product if you have tennis elbow... Effective like nothing else was for me and cheap.

After seeing how much I spent on physical therapy, these bars are way less than even one session, and they really help to exercise the effected muscles and tendons in my arm (tennis elbow). Couldn’t wait for them to get here, and they arrived on time, as promised. I can feel the specific muscles that I am targeting as I use them. Nice to be able to use the same devices that were at the sports-rehabilitation facility. Great product, and I expect to be able to do very effective excercises with them. Also, on-line videos and resources to follow by various sources (not necessarily Theraband) . Glad I got them ! I would highly recommend getting them.

Effective for muscle tone and strength. Used for routine work out and for hand, wrist and arm therapy.

I got these for my wife following a thumb injury but the strongest was too much for her so I started using it. Holy cow. I have "climbing arms" but even so, I can get a good workout with these during a zoom call or while vegging with a show. Shoulders, forearms, even lats. Great to have lying around to spark that little extra workout we wouldn't do otherwise.

Exactly as I expected. Great quality! Good resistance and helped to get my sons therapy done at home!

Had bad tendon pain and this was the cure. 5 minutes a day doing the exercises cured me of pain within a few days, I'll bust it out every once and while when it flares up again. Great product!
