On ne ressent aucun effet. Cet appareil est totalement ridicule et odieusement dispendieux pour ce que c'est.

This is absolutely perfect for my needs. It helps with my restless legs and to reduce ankle swelling. I sit at a desk working on a computer all day and the gentle back and forth movement doesn't interfere with my work at all. Other reviews have mentioned that it is too slow. If you are looking for a work out, then this wouldn't do it. This is more for therapy, but it does provide light to moderate exercise. I can feel it flexing my leg muscles. For those who are having issues with their remote - it must be pointed right at the bottom of the unit (where the off/step screen is).
