First off it came on time and is heavyweight. It seemed rather simple to put together…. If all the holes were pre drilled… which they weren’t. So this ladder got hauled out when “ grunts move junk” cleaned us out. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this useless ladder.

Great product! Really like it. Very easy to use and store. Good stability and stiffness. Will mention a couple of minuses: 1) (very) big first step onto the ladder; 2) stability hooks at top of ladder are small--ladder would be much more useful if they were large enough to extend beyond a gutter (I ended up buying another product to enable this with this ladder); 3) A bit on the heavy side, but it's probably a worthwhile tradeoff with better stability and stiffness.

The design is very amazing, it’s easy to use and store. I bought this ladder to fix the hole in my house. My family loves it. And it’s very easy to carry, and safety , Firm. It’s the best thing I bought in 2024

I was skeptical, I got the 14 feet and its actually pretty sturdy and much lighter than traditional ladders. Maybe it bents a little in the middle but its still strong. If you use a ladder once a week or less. This is perfect.

Very well built for what it is. I have other ladders that I use for some of the more death-defying work, but this one does a great job for getting into a skylight to work on it. A longer ladder would be hard due to the sheer vertical aspect and needing to maneuver it around the house. This one does great. Feels stable. Locks engage very well / audibly. Collapsing is a bit hard because you need two hands to start the process and then you need to apply friction to the ladder so it doesn’t come crashing down. Probably why they supplied the gloves. No instructions, but I only needed to install the hooks and the bottom bar with wheels. That was super straightforward. Steps are a bit bigger than you’ll be used to, especially coming down. I’m 5’6” and it was as certainly doable. Won’t replace your 26 foot ladder. Or your a frame ladder. Or the 3 foot step ladder. But it does a really good job at what it is - an easy to move ladder that fits a lot of different use cases in between some of those other ladders I mentioned. Oh and most of those other ladders I own were $300+ so this is a great deal too.

Great product

I love this telescoping ladder. The design is incredibly sturdy, and it feels safe and reliable even at full extension. The hooks and stabilizer provide excellent security, and the portability is a game changer. I can easily store it in my garage or my car.
