I live in an apartment with a patio, there is a light on the patio but no outlet for me to plug anything in. I’ve set up a little water irrigation system on my patio with a water pump, but unfortunately I didn't have a mean of powering the pump. I’ve try battery pack and solar panel. Turn out this was the perfect solution. It let me use the light adapter on the patio as an outlets and power my water pump. Now my outdoor plant can finally have a chance to survive. It was very easy to install and use. Function perfectly, and on top of that I can still use the patio light.

Works really well. Good value for the money, but be aware that the reverse side of the outlet is not grounded. Coming back to this a couple of weeks later, the fuse popped inside the adapter when someone else in the house plugged something else in. Basically can't be replaced without fully destroying the device, so now I have to order a new one. One star removed for not being able to be maintained.

I bought one of these a while back and just got to using it. it lasted one day before it died. I had it in the garage to control additional lights I installed and it was working fine yesterday then today it just died. Simply doesn't work anymore.

Even though it advertises 2 plugs , only one of the plugs is 3 prong. The second is one is two prong only.

We got a three pack. First two projects went great but the third one doesn’t work
