Perfect for sorting

I have used this as a teacher and it has saved me so much time. When you have 30 + students and need to file or return papers, this makes the tasks easy and fast. I plan to use it this summer to organize my own paperwork. The price is a great value because you will use it every year. It is strong and durable. I highly recommend this tool especially for teachers.

Update: I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. I received a defective item. It is amazing for alphabetizing my students paperwork. However, as you can see, the I is missing and replaced with a second F.

This organizer by C-Line is an excellent tool for those of us who may be...shall I say organizationally challenged? I have used several methods for keeping my bills in one place in recent years. This is the best thing I've tried, yet. I don't care for the amount of space this item takes up, but fortunately I have a counter in my kitchen that we don't eat at or use so, I declared it the space for the organizer. I posted my calendar nearby to doubly remind myself of when things are due. So now the bills are laid out by due date (that works best for us) but with the options on the organizer you can put them in alphabetical order if you choose to do so. It's very easy to use, quite intuitive. I really like the little rubber feet on it that keep it from sliding all over whatever surface you lay it on. Please know that this item is about 18" in length. It's got to have space to sit, but once you find where it will fit best in your office or classroom it will be a cinch to use. The dividers are wide enough to hold an 8x10" piece of paper in place, snugly so your stuff is not laying about, disheveled and difficult to read. You can still flip through pages while your bills are held securely in place. This would work for invoices, orders, even papers that you may need to grade. I could also see this item being helpful for crafters and scrapbookers. It is portable, but again if you've got a lot of papers filed in it, with its size it isn't going to be the easiest thing to carry around with you. It's just a bit ungainly for that, but that's only my opinion. I would definitely purchase it again and I like the quality. It's not the least bit flimsy. Great product for what I needed it for and I highly recommend it.

Worked well too organize documents fast. I used it to organize auction item slips.
