Ceramic knives cut through anything, cost a lot less than steel, and are dishwasher-safe. All that sounds great but there is no such thing as a free lunch. They tell you to be careful with a high-carbon steel knife but in reality, you can't kill them. No matter how much harm you do to metal with a little hard work you can make it like new, not with ceramics. If it gets out if it escapes from its sheath or your hand it may chip and that is it. It can not be sharpened or fixed. The only thing to do is buy a new one. You should buy more than one because it is hard to believe how fragile they are. If you are careful they will last forever and be the best knife you ever own.

I first saw ceramic knives when visiting my parents in NC. I don't know what brand hers were but ordered for myself and love them. They don't need sharpened and don't get dull. We also gave a set to a friend as a gift. When I need to purchase knives, I'll look for this brand.

My old Kitchen aid knife broke and I was looking for something similar and tried a few before I found this perfect one

A fractured ceramic knife is dangerous. Once they fracture they can come apart while cutting food leaving deadly pieces of sharp ceramic in the food. These knives fractured and I threw them out immediately.

Le couteau à pain est vraiment génial! Nous l'utilisons sur de gros pains souvent bien cuit, il découpe parfaitement la croûte mais également la mie. La découpe est nette, facile c'est vraiment parfait 👍 Le couteau de chef découpe très bien également. J'aime les petits reliefs sur le manche juste avant la lame, cela permet de ne pas glisser. Je suis moins fan de l'épluche légumes, il découpe très bien mais c'est le manche qui me pose problème, le fait qu'il soit creux n'est pas pratique pour la prise en main. Ce coffret est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
