Insoles for Men and Women- Support Shock Absorption Cushioning Sports Comfort Inserts, Breathable Shoe Inner Insole for Running Walking Hiking Working(L)

I needed inserts for my sneakers, and they're my favorite. They have great support and really comfortable for several hours. I even got a second pair for my daily walkers, besides my work out sneakers.

Tried 5 different insoles and these were the best fit, most comfortable plus the cheapest. Ordered men’s medium for my 10.5 Adidas Sala indoor, probably could’ve got the large and cut them, but the medium fit right in with a tiny sliver of a gap at the toe. We’re walking.

I got a pair of these a few months ago, I was looking for a decent insole. The ones I usually use are a lot more expensive (sofsole, spenco) so when I saw this price point I decided to try it. I first put them inside my work shoes, and wore them all week with no issues. I bought a few more after that. They provide a layer of cushioning and are also easy to trim if needed. The material seems to be very similar to other brands I have worn. The pic I posted is of the shoes I am wearing today. I would purchase them again.

Very comfortable for my running shoes - will buy several more so I don’t need to switch them.

I’ve had surgery and numerous foot injuries and I even wear shoes that are very tough, but this makes bearable every time I take off these insoles. I know the difference my strong shoes feel like I’m walking on wood when I add these it feels like I’m closer to walking on clouds and they fit my shoe perfectly as well as my foot. I feel like I can run faster simply because of the shock absorption and helps with the pressure around keep hurts from my foot

But you also need to KNOW YOUR OWN FEET. I bought these in 2024 and again in 2026. The "weird bump" pictured in one review here AND still n the official description is a metatarsal pad or lift - needed by some of us, especially for those with a Morton's Neuroma. The 2024 version was great for me, very comfortable - I would have given it 5 stars. The MT pad has disappeared from the 2026 model. Very disappointing for me but perhaps satisfying for others. I wish they sold both versions and were clear / honest / accurate in their description of each.

Over 2-1/2 years, I've bought seven of these and have them in nearly all my shoes. I am not a runner, but I am a walker. Got them in cowboy boots, hiking boots, and athletics. I've even got them in a pair of dress shoes.

Bought these inner soles for my work shoes after suffering with aching feet and knees after 10 hour shifts and always on my feet. Just finished another night shift and no aches or pains so very impressed would recommend and will buy again.

Viele Einlagen haben eine extrem starke Unterstützung und oft fehlt die Dämpfung im Vorderfuss. Diese sind für mich perfekt. Habe diese nun intensiv 14 Tage im Einsatz- Einlage passt perfekt in meinen Schuh - sehr atmungsaktiv und die Einlagen geben super Schwung beim gehen. Für mich sind diese Einlagen perfekt und nun ist endlich Schluss mit der Suche nach Einlagen.

I wanted some insoles for my wellies as I do a lot of dog walking, whatever the weather. These insoles definitely do the job. They are the comfiest I’ve found and last pretty well. Fortunately for me, the insoles are the right size as they are too, so no cutting down to size.
