Women's Refresh Recovery Compression Tights

Fits like a glove, lightweight, kinda cool looking, and perfect for the level of compression I was looking for. I run and do crossfit, but I primarily wanted these for recovery from sclerotherapy on my legs. Now I want more so I can wear them every day! For sure don't hesitate to buy. Not too tricky to put on (if you've ever worn compression, you know!) and way sexier than granny-hose. LOVE! Incidentally - I'm 5' 5", about 125, athletically built, and the small is perfect.

Sizing is really off ordering a smaller pair to see if it has more compression

The compression is good! I use them on long airplane flights under my regular pants, and my legs thank me for it, I don't have swelling when I arrive. I removed stars because the stitches on one side detached. I had this happen on one pair that I had to return (they arrived with loose threads). The second pair looked OK until I wore them for the first time. I ended up sewing them myself, and they've held up well since then. I think it was a factory defect. Most likely, they're selling their second-hand leggings here on Amazon. I've had leggings from this brand that I bought directly from them, and they didn't have this issue at all.

These leggings are terrible! I bought a medium and they barely come up to my waist . I hate the band that it around the bottom of this legging. These leggings have actually caused my legs to swell more & I have very deep indents around my ankles when I take these off.. My legs are more edematous with these leggings - DO NOT BUY! I really don’t feel any compression in comparison to another pair that I have previously purchased. Also-

I bought these to help recovery after high intensity cycling training. I am 5’7” 140ish lbs and a medium fits perfectly. I can feel the increases blood flow and support in just a couple hours of wearing. I have used compression socks in the past, so I am confident these will work for recovery. They are also very comfortable to wear and stylish enough to wear as everyday leggings. Quality is just as good as expensive brands like lulu lemon.

I bought the appropriate size for me. Uprising probably wouldn't have provided enough compression. I used them for the first time for my 15k. I have big ankles and calves. I literally wanted to cut the bottoms off for the first 4 miles. I had to take breaks to adjust my pants, moving the bottom up and down to try to stretch it and increase circulation so my legs didn't go numb. That was poopy, but afterwards they stretched to a sweet spot, the numbness was gone and the pants felt great for my knees. I used them for a tough mudder. The material is durable. However, mine had a loose thread down the seam from the start. I didn't end up with a hole after the ten miles so it worked out. Be wary of your body type and breaking in the pants before using for an event. Quality control also appears to be an issue. I do like the pants. I just wish the cut was slightly wider at the ankles. They were a literal pain to break in.

These really work! I am preparing for a marathon and can't believe how much these are helping after my grueling long run this morning I want more!

I'm 5'10, 160 lbs and wear Medium Tall (normally wear Small in other brands; but always tight at the thighs but too loose at the waist) THiS One are just Perfect!! Squat Proof! (Stay at the right place Always...Medium Size!, I still don't believe it!) Incomparable Comfort! Good quality! Nothing Left... Just Buy!

These tights are a complete game changer and I absolutely love them! They are designed for POST GYM or post workout/activity to help with the recovery on the legs. I have seen reduction of swelling In my legs and they are so comfortable. They are difficult to get one however once they are on they are fantastic! These are size XL

I love these I am using them post liposuction surgery and they’re compressing me better than my made to measure compression garments!

I have had the other 2XU recovery tights with the feet and loved them, but they fell apart so I thought I’d try these ones. The compression is excellent. I am 5’6” and 144lbs and my size is medium. The only problem with these, and it’s a deal breaker, is when I started walking around the waist started to move down. I constantly have to be pulling them up. There’s no way they could be layered as advertised. I wish they would make the Refresh Recovery Tights in a higher rise to keep the waist from falling down. This is why I have to give them a lower rating. So disappointed.

they really do help support me during boot camps, they definitely help recovery b/c i'm not as sore in the 1st place, and they make my legs look amazing!! (i'm not a skinny chick, so i can use all the help i can get - lol!)
