Great with back pain!
Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I had it assembled and ready to use within about an hour. The build quality feels solid and secure, which is especially important when you’re literally hanging upside down. The frame is sturdy, the ankle supports are well-padded, and the locking system gives a reassuring sense of control when adjusting the angle. In terms of performance, the table does exactly what it promises. After short daily sessions, I’ve noticed reduced lower back tension and improved spinal decompression, especially after long hours of sitting or standing. It’s also surprisingly relaxing once you get used to it, and the padding is comfortable enough for extended use. Overall, this inversion table is a worthwhile investment for anyone dealing with back pain, muscle tightness, or poor posture. It’s well-built, effective, and offers great value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add spinal relief and stretching into their routine.

Life changer for back pain!
I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back compression for years, and I decided to pull the trigger. Honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. It really helps with just 5min a night. • Solid Build Quality: This thing feels incredibly stable. I was a bit nervous about hanging upside down, but the heavy-duty frame doesn't wobble at all. • Comfortable Ankle Holders: If you’ve used cheap inversion tables before, you know the ankles are usually the painful part. These holders are well-padded and secure without pinching. • Safety Features: The safety belt and the extra-long side handles make it easy to control your rotation and return to an upright position without any "panic" moments.

Overall has been a great inversion table. Two minor things keep it from being perfect
I got this to help relax my back after sitting all day for work. I’ve been using it for a few months now and don’t regret the purchase. The overall quality is good and works for its purpose. The two things that can be improved are the weak foot locking mechanism - this is what caused me to knock a star off - and the table resting position when folded. I’ve attached pictures of both of these. The biggest quality failure is in the locking mechanism for your feet. After only a few months it has worn out to the point where I have to manually pull the lever up to lock it into place, where initially it had enough tension on its own to return to its locked position. The second is a minor annoyance which is how the table rests at an angle when the legs are folded up. This means you have to place something with weight in front of the table for it to remain in place when you’re trying to put it away - a bigger problem when you don’t have a lot of space. Overall I’d recommend it if I couldn’t find something more solid in a similar price range

Good support easy adjustments and solid inversion table for back relief
This feels stable once you set it up, frame is strong and doesn’t wobble while using it, the ankle holders are more comfortable than expected and hold you in place without feeling too tight, adjusting the height is simple and it doesn’t take long to get used to flipping back, helps stretch the back and release pressure especially after sitting all day, locking system works fine and gives you control so you don’t feel out of control going upside down, not too hard to assemble just takes some time, for the price it’s worth it if you want something at home for back support and light training

Great Inversion Bench, Sturdy for a Good Price
I suffer from degeneration in my spine and “arthritis” in my neck. This inversion table is one of the key components of my personal treatment plan. It is well made and works exactly as promised. Initially I was overwhelmed by the number of parts. But after watching the assembly video several times, simply spreading all the pieces out on the floor, then following the directions, it was easy to assemble within about 30-45 minutes. ONE SUGGESTION! A usable wrench is included, but if you want to speed through the assembly process, use your own wrench and a pair of pliers.

Keep support with you.
My only issue with product is it requires help to get up from the inverted position. I have used an inversion table before and when you lower hands, the table slowly adjusted to the upright position. The quality is great. I am not sure of the pain relief considering I just received it today.

Im fat and this works great!
I was skeptical on quality at first. I wanted the heaviest duty one i could find as im fat. Thus thing did not dissapoint! It is built right and works amazingly. Make sure to adjust the height right or youl be stuck! Haha

Not Great.
Terrible to assemble (parts/bolts are pretty cheap in quality. Can confirm as another reviewer wrote that the backboard doesn't initially fit, forcing you to pry the whole assembly open in order to bolt that in.. instructions are in broken english and one of the diagrams shows you the backboard mounting in reverse..(so after you've forced it in, you're now undoing that and repeating the process) Once together, unfortunately the ankle supports are absolutely terrible... fully inverted it will either put insane pressure on your ankles or you are flexing your calves/ankles/feet to even keep yourself in the support itself without slipping out... Having used other inversion tables I highly recommend one with good ankle straps and not this "hold yourself in by your feet" design.... Overall... it functions.. but not well....
