Best zapper ever
I almost never leave reviews because, plain and simple, I'm lazy and don't want to do it. This zapper however, I had to absolutely take time to leave a review. It is hands down the best zapper I have ever purchased. The style and esthetic alone are worth the purchase. Most zappers are pretty ugly and I don't like to leave around the house. So by the time I'd go fetch the other zappers, the fly or bug was gone. This one comes with it's own stand and the design is not an eye sore. So it stays handy on top of a counter. The zapping power is awesome and kills bugs quickly. I can't decide if the best feature is that the zapper can change position so that it can get bugs that are flat on a wall or window, or if the best feature is that has an "always on" mode you can choose so that it stays on by itself to continuously kill bugs. The battery length is pretty standard from most zappers. But what I love is that this zapper comes with a stand so that the part that kills the icky bugs never had to touch your tabletops. Love this one and will definitely purchase again!!

Best thing we bought this year!
My wife and I HATE spiders on the ceiling. This is by far the BEST bug zapper we have ever bought and we have bought several. The fact this swivels 90 degrees means you can lay it flat against the ceiling or wall. The bugs cannot escape! I put one of these on a long handle so I can stand on the ground and zap the bugs on the ceiling. They snap, crackle and pop and they are DEAD. All I can say is this is one of the best things we bought all year. We Love having two of them. I keep one on a long handle all the time and the other is for killing bugs that are not hard to reach. Do not hesitate, just BUY it. Nobody paid me a thin dime to write this. Buy it!! Oh, and we love it is rechargeable. No batteries to change. We have had these over a year. They work great.

Great idea and works great, could be better
Pros: rechargeable, powerful shocking (I fear my dog touching it), ergo design (swivels only one direction), very swingable, you can easily kill carpenter bees without the shock by just smacking them hard enough. (+2 lightning dmg) Cons: wires are too far apart. You have to hold anything bigger than a housefly for a few seconds to fully kill it and it only works when the things legs or anything touches two wires at once making gnats a lost cause, the swivel is fairly tight on both I got, both last around 4 hrs on not plugged in. Cheap plastic. Bruh everything anymore seems like it's made via 3d printer or a die cast press. So yeah don't smack it on your porch railing or your going to have a bad time. Overall: price I bought at :20$ each. Worth it?..... Yes. I would like to see a heavy duty one come out made of better materials, maybe rubber padded and better stand, maybe one that charges the thing.

Best thing I've ever purchased for bug control
I had an issue for awhile with a wasp invasion, and until I was able to locate the source, this thing was a life saver! Everyone should have these in my opinion. At some point in time a little bug will sneak into your house, and if you are like me and dont want to risk touching it, or getting too close, this will be your best friend! It doesn't kill wasps, but it makes them immobile for awhile, so plenty of time to either toss them outside or dispose of them safely. It does fry spiders, gnats, ants, and other various smaller bugs, but the larger ones it at the very least will make them unable to move while you take care of them

Disappointing battery life
Works like any other electric swatter, the swivel head has been very handy for reaching bugs on the ceiling. Battery life is a huge disappointment though, 9/10 times when I reach for it, it's dead. You basically have to charge it overnight every single night for it to work reliably during the day when you need it. And I like the idea of being able to put it on the stand at night to get mosquitos when you're sleeping, but the charging port is kinda finicky and it doesn't stay charging unless you jiggle it every couple of minutes. Overall, it's a great idea and the swivel head works as intended, but I wish it took regular batteries so it would hold a charge and could work as a free-standing zapper.

The Zapper sparks endlessly when activated
We were awakened in the middle of the night with the Zapper sparking & cracking like crazy! I contacted Amazon and was given some suggestions for correction, but the Zapper still sparks. I had ordered a package of 2 for 39.99, and gave one away, so I only have the one. I cannot return through Amazon because I do not have both. I am looking to return the one Zapper that I have for a 50% refund, but Amazon says that has to be handled by Gecko Man, LLC, as they are a third party provider. The Customer Service (??) page for Gecko Man operates on a Menu that is not helpful. This Zapper is a likely fire hazard, and I feel I am due a refund of this single Zapper.

I Love This Zapper
I admit to being skeptical about the accuracy of the description of this zapper when I ordered it but it has lived up to the description provided from the vendor. I truly love that (unlike other racket zappers) I don't have to constantly hold the power button for the zapper to be active. It doesn't require any batteries (another +) since it is charged via a USB connection. I've left it plugged in at night next to my kitchen sink, with the bug light on and in just a few days, I've been able to eradicate the sink gnats from my home. It's been nice to hear the small zaps (LOL) of dying gnats without me having to lift a finger. I plan to leave it plugged in because I'm sure they'll be back. I highly recommend this product a it has more than lived up to the product description and has done wonders for me in just over 2 weeks in riding my home of flying pest.

I'm happy to pay a higher price for a product when of IF it's a great product .. But in this case, having it glitch on day 38 of receiving the Mozzie Zapper is very disappointing ... Sure, it works like a charm, does the job, zaps the flys & moths etc, sits on my PC Desk plugged into a charger that's on a timer during the day to turn on or off, depending on if I am home or not. So it's being used on & off, & today, day 38 of receiving it, had it zapping away (thinking there is a fly or bug in there), but after closer inspection .. no bugs ?? .. The wires are all taught, no broken bits around the 'spark', no burn marks anywhere .. looks perfect, apart from it zapping at nothing.?? - What do I do.? Definitely not worth $39.51c, to basically 'glitch' after 5 weeks & 3 days.?? I'm 5 days out of my return window, but it's only just happened, not happy! Future searches for a mozzie-zapper racket I'll be 'very' wary! So hard to get good products these days! Very sad ...
