This salt is a little on the expensive side for the amount you get, but it is really quite good. These fine granules are easy to pick up and sprinkle with a smooth texture. As far as the saltiness goes, I feel like Mayi is comparable to Diamond, perhaps a bit saltier. It has a nice, bracing salinity—quite a clean flavor. We now use Diamond as our cooking salt and Mayi as our table salt. I never thought I’d have strong opinions about salt, but I love this stuff.

I love the taste of this salt, but I also appreciate that I can know I am not eating microplastics with it. I order the fine and use it in baking sourdough bread and the results are fantastic. I do wish they sold a larger size, but it is what it is. It is more expensive than normal salt, but I find it competitive to other higher quality salt brands.

The salt is great! But I received it slightly opened. Salt was everywhere. Maybe someone sliced the box and squished my other product. Otherwise, I love this salt! It tastes great!

The course salt is great. I like that it is high in minerals and naturally dried. It tastes salty, just as it should, and it works perfectly in my salt mill. Tastes great added to my food, and enhances the flavour, and I get my added minerals at the same time. It is a good sized bag of salt that will last a long time and I can fill my salt mill from it several times over.
