Overall: Awesome, light product for sensitive skin. Not overly sticky or heavily-scented. Continuous use will leave skin very smooth. On the pricier side (but a little of the lotion goes a long way). I love this product and have switched to using it as my go-to lotion! Pros: -All natural product without harsh chemicals or unnecessary fillers -Really leaves skin feeling hydrated and nourished. I have used this for several weeks now (at least once a day) and my skin has genuinely felt so much healthier. I no longer wake up with dry hands, elbows, or feet -Light, airy, smooth texture that feels very soft when applying -Isn’t sticky and doesn’t leave residue. I can use my hands 1 minute or so after applying the lotion and they won’t feel oily or leave residue behind Neutral (depending on your preference): -Natural-smelling scent that isn’t too strong. Because this is shea butter, I was expecting a sweeter smell that is common in other lotions, but this scent is definitely more herb-y / earthy. You can distinctly smell the soapberry, and some may even find this scent veering towards the medicinal side (but only slightly). For me this is a huge pro because I don’t like heavily sweet / sugary smells, but your mileage may vary -As mentioned earlier, this is a very light lotion. It applies in a thin layer, so don’t expect a heavy cream or body butter type of texture Cons: -On the expensive side when compared to drugstore lotions, though it is on par with natural / high-end lotions

Im lost for words to say about this product. I really love this lotion. It's something really special for sure. I honestly found something I will be coming back to because it's the perfect lotion I been searching for years. It is a very clean product so clean that even though it says it unscented you can defently smell the light subtle pleasing rawness of what I'm guessing is the soapberry. Just wow, it smells really good and pure, untouch by chemicals you find in other lotions. Smelling an unscented lotion from a store you can smell the chemicals in it. But this... this is very unique and pleasing to my nostrils. This lotion does moisturize very well and when applied, it absorbs into the skin fairly quickly. The consistency is perfect too! It's not thick like heavy lotions that clump on your arm and leg hairs. It's not so runny to the point that it's like water. It's in the middle more towards the thinner side and just goes on beautifuly. This lotion is not greasy at all. Just an absolute awesome product could not recommend this enough! The price is definitely high for how much you are getting and I really hope they can drop it down a few bucks because I would love to keep my shelfs stock full of this stuff and I don't think I could ever use a different lotion. Please never change the formula!!!! what you guys have here is one of a kind and hard to find lotion. If you do please call it something els and keep this as the original because its honestly a very well done product and I hate to see it change for the worst! Hope you read that part Tree to Tub!!! This is a very nice lotion. I honestly did not realize this was an 8.5 oz bottle - I didn't really read the description very well. That is why I only gave 4 stars. However, the lotion itself is great. Packaging is recyclable. They include a little soap berry in there with an informational card which is pretty cool. The lotion has pretty clean ingredients and a nice fresh scent. I am not sure if that is the aloe or soap berry that I can smell but it smells good! Note- there is a scent with the unscented but that is due to the ingredients and not added fragrance. The smell does dissipate quickly for those who really can't stand any scents for very long. The lotion is not greasy and absorbs very quickly. It locks in moisture much longer than my previous Alaffia Unscented Lotion. I have incredibly dry skin and this dry, cold, fall/winter air makes it so much worse it is ridiculous. Usually I can apply that lotion (or any previous lotion I had) and within an hour to two hours I would have flaking and dryness in those areas. On my first day of using this lotion, I applied at 4 pm on my arms and by the time I woke up the next morning my arms were flake-free. That is saying a lot!! Like I said previously, I did not realize this was only 8.5 oz and for the price I feel like it is way more expensive than what is worth it since this is a body lotion and not a facial moisturizer. The bottle is just too small for how often I would be using the product. It does lock in moisture better than other lotions, but I would still use this twice a day and maybe more often just on my hands or on patches on my face throughout the day. The 8.5 oz bottle would be great for a bathroom for a hand lotion or something but as a full on body lotion, I think the bottle should be bigger.

I actually like this lotion — but the problem is how quickly it runs out. A little does not go a long way. With normal, regular use, I went through an entire bottle in less than two weeks (the largest one), which was surprising and disappointing for the price. The lotion itself applies smoothly and provides decent moisture. However, to get full coverage, you have to use a fairly large amount each time. That makes it impractical and expensive to keep repurchasing. Because of the insufficient lasting power, I can’t justify the cost, even though the product quality itself is good. If it lasted longer, this would be a much stronger option — but as it stands, it’s not worth buying repeatedly.

I’m in the process of trying to swap all my beauty products for natural alternatives and have been finding it hard to find natural products that are as good as my usual ones. However, this moisturiser is truly the best I have ever used. It feels slightly sticky after putting on but after a minute or so it completely disappears as though you put nothing on your skin. But it makes my skin sooo soft! Like no other product has. I really love it. Only downside is the packaging as it is hard to get quite a bit out of the end of the tub as the pump doesn’t reach so quite a bit ends up wasted
