omron hem 7156t is a very good and accurate blood pressure monitor the intelliwrap technology gives much better accuracy compared to low budget models i checked my bp and my family’s bp and the readings match very well in the screenshot the three readings around 23:00 are from three different people so they are not false readings also the readings at 17:44 and 17:46 are from one person and the reading at 17:51 is from another person so the variation is normal and based on different individuals the device is very helpful because you can immediately know if your bp is high and visit the doctor on time instead of waiting until things get serious the cuff fits well the machine is simple to use and the app sync works smoothly overall a very reliable bp monitor for home use update: on 9 jan my fathers bp got high he didn’t knew now that night i don’t know what happened to me i just asked him let me check your bp and i was shocked to see 186/116 high blood pressure still he was fine no different feeling still i thought his old medicine was not working properly we had an emergency bp medicine so i recommended him to have then by 11:30pm his bp got slightly better it came to 149/89 pulse went up because of the emergency bp lowering medicine on 10 jan then we went to the best cardiologist doctor in our city before he used to do treatments with a physician but i said no cardiologist is the best for treating hypertension then he did multiple test and changed his medicines and then over the time his bp got better and under controlled now its between 120-130 systolic and 80-90 diastolic after taking new medicine for 2-3weeks now its more than 2months his bp stays under controlled so i would recommend getting this omron bp monitoring machine who have high blood pressure so that you are not late before its too late

Great. Slightly pricier and reading fluctuate a bit. But its common in almost every available brands.

Purchased Omron HEM-7156T (Manufactured Dec 2025). The device is highly accurate when used properly. I measured after sitting calmly for 5 minutes, arm supported on table at heart level. Took 3 readings 2 minutes apart and variation was only 3–4 mmHg, which is medically acceptable. IntelliWrap cuff ensures proper positioning and reduces error. Very satisfied with build quality and consistency. Highly recommended for home BP monitoring.

I would like to give a full 5 star. Omron BP Machine 7156 T was delivered me in Brand New condition with all accessories in the box. It is also have a power source through Omron power adapter incase we don't have battery left. The machine is accurate and very easy to use. Must recommend.

Omron connnect app was good. Specially diary feature who monitoring your faily BP and medicine.

I purchased this BP monitor to track my blood pressure daily as advised by my doctor. However, the readings are highly inconsistent. Even when I measure multiple times within a few minutes under the same conditions, the numbers vary significantly — not just by one or two points, but by a large margin. This makes it very confusing and difficult to understand whether my BP is actually high or not. I expected more reliable and stable readings for proper home monitoring. We cannot rely on this machine to determine whether we actually have blood pressure problem or not. Based on these inconsistent readings, it’s impossible to reach a clear conclusion. The device does not seem reliable at all.

The quality of ON/OFF switch is very poor. Accuaracy of reading is good.
