All the lights tested fine before I installed them round my house to light the alley between my neighbour and me plus the access to my garden waste wheely bin. All worked fine for a few days then one no longer functioned. I brought it into the house and checked if it could be taken apart to see if it was charging properly... No go, the case is glued shut, no doubt to make it waterproof. I tried leaving it on a windowsill to charge but, again, nothing appeared to be happening. I should mention here that for the whole of January and most of February we have seen no sunshine (2026) and the sky has been predominately overcast. The other three lights now seemed to be failing as well which was a bit of a bummer. Then... I randomly checked the one I had left on the windowsill and it burst into life albeit for only a short time but this looked promising. Long story short... I've now re-installed the fourth light and, with much improved weather, all four of them are working perfectly! Nice and bright, wide coverage with good sensor reaction. Initially looked like I'd bought some lemons but with the longer days, they're charging properly and I'm very happy with the outcome.

These lights are EXCELLENT ! I bought these and left on a windowsill all day to charge. They have been installed,and even though the weather has been pure rain and overcast ( no sun at all) they are super bright and working well.. I have them set to maximum, and to activate with movement. They are on a well used track,and approx 25+ activations per evening. NO SIGNS OF DIMMING,and are extremely good value. I bought the twin pack white version. 100%recommend these lights,and will be buying again.!

A very nice affordable set of four outdoor solar security lights that use a motion senser with three modes . They seem robustly made are waterproof and easy to fix wherever needed with minimum effort . Plenty of light and reasonably priced , make a great gift .

I’ve bought two different sets of these lights in terms of quantity as I originally bought a 4 pack then a few months later I purchased a 2 pack & personally my experience with them has been 5* with just the very tiny issue of the screws rusting incredibly fast & how they can quite easily thread/strip but these two issues are easily sorted with a little dab of WD40 on the screw heads every now & then & using a manual screwdriver to tighten the screws wherever it is that you’re placing them? They’re great value that is that they’re pretty cheap price wise but this combined with a varying mix of Reviews both really good & those typing of awfully bad quality with details of all sorts of things in between I was a bit hesitant about buying them but I did & again they’ve been absolutely fine. The weather here along the North West Coast is appalling most of the time yet they’ve withstood heavy bouts of rainfall & strong winds (NOTE: They’ve withstood the snow too this year 2025, the weather was brutal for months here in the North West between late Nov/early Dec to late Feb/early March there was every weather condition that you can imagine happening in England actually happening over those few months & these worked throughout & are still readily & most importantly consistently lighting up still just a few days away from April now with more & more sun creeping in & longer days heading in too & it’ll be a year thinking about it since I first put them up now too & they’re still as good as day one!). As for the lighting I guess that I was rather lucky in where these were & are needed for & are used regarding their positioning in the garden as it’s sun up & sun down across them pretty much all day long so they get a good charge & the light is not blinding or overly bright it just works extremely well given their small size & for me & I have mine on Mode 3 which is the off mode with them lighting up to the detection of movement & they pick up movement extremely well too & mine are only some six foot or so from ground level but they still work with movement 5-6-7-8 meters away & probably more. Give them a good few days charge stick them up being careful of not stripping the screws in case you want to place them somewhere else (you do get sticky adhesive pads for product attachment/placement in the box too with Mode selection instructions) & just enjoy, it’s commonly the nocturnal wildlife that triggers mine to light up in the evenings. A great, well in my case two great purchases of two different quantity packs of lights & a third set will be purchased very soon as new space has opened up in the back garden.

First pack ordered September 2024, all worked fine for about 6 months, then one stopped working. I ordered a 2nd pack in October 2025, all worked initially, now 3 out of the 4 new ones have stopped working, nothing obvious, just one day stopped. Brightness good and configuration easy, but clearly there is no quality control going on.

I bought these solar‑powered lights on 27 October 2025 for my back garden and I’m honestly very pleased with them. Right away, they felt like good value and installation was dead‑simple with just a screw (which comes with the product) and no wiring, so I had them up in minutes. Once night fell, they lit up the yard beautifully. 238 LEDs last night felt bright enough to light the path clearly and gave a nice 270° spread, so I wasn’t bumping into anything. After first night I put them on motion detection mode. The built‑in motion sensor did the job too: whenever anyone walked by, the lights came on straight away without delay. Despite wet and windy weather lately, they’ve stayed firmly mounted and don’t look like they’ll give in anytime soon thanks to their IP65 waterproof build. Since the weather is rough at this time of year, lights don’t change much, but I am sure they will do much better in summers. Will post an update for summers too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Overall, good for its price! These outdoor solar security lights work well for lighting up my garden and driveway. The motion sensor triggers reliably, and the three light modes give flexibility depending on what you need. They were easy to install and feel fairly sturdy for the price. The lighting is bright enough for most outdoor areas, though I wished the solar panel charged a bit faster in winter. Overall a good value and practical choice for extra outdoor lighting. - I recommend it 👍✅
