I love my shoes however, my left shoe has a defect resulting from a production or material errors. I contacted the seller and they respond back by saying that they never sold me the shoe (order# was provided and sale shows it was their store). After receiving negative results, I contacted ON since their warranty works with authorized ON dealers but was informed that they can't cover due to the dealer not approved as an authorized dealer. Go elsewhere or to an authorized, ON dealer. I will provide an additional update if the dealer contacts me. I may provide a review online to my followers. To be continued....

I was a bit skeptical of all the hype on these shoes, but being on my feet all day at my job these have proven to be the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. Love them!
