WV1 - Batman (Batman Hush)

If you're a fan of Batman, or you know a fan of Batman, then this might be an interesting and affordable purchase. This is fairly straightforward, it's a 3 inch figure of Batman and the first issue of the 2002-2003 Hush storyline (Batman #608 specifically). The figure is indeed three inches tall and is a nice display piece with poseable head and legs. The comic is one of the reprints of the 2002 comic. I personally wouldn't recommend this specific comic if you're starting someone out with their first Batman comic, but for roughly $10 for a single comic plus a 3 inch figure, then you could do far-far worse. The Hush storyline is great for learning the Rogues' Gallery, but if you want to start with the origins of Batman, consider the Batman Year One storyline instead. You can also reuse the packaging since it's designed for easy opening and closing and you could even, conceivably, swap the comic inside for another and use it to store a special edition comic (such as a Detective Comics #27 reprint of when Batman first debuted as one off-the-cuff example). Overall though, a good deal for any Batman fan.

Just a cute little gift for my husband. We're huge comic book fans!! It's made of good quality and the paint job/detail is great for such a small figurine..

Okay well first off it’s a lot smaller than I thought! It was more of a user error I’m sure. It probably says somewhere but when you see a 10 dollar toy in this market you tend to jump on it. It’s cool and the comic is fun. Just know it’s not a big figure it’s a small figurine with limited articulation. Now is it worth it? Up to you comics are usually a little cheaper than 10 dollars and the figure can’t have that much value. So just make sure you know what it is before you buy. Hopefully this helped you!!!

This was such a great idea. The packaging is in a reusable clam-shell and has a comic and a 3" figure. The comic is of the first issue from Hush, a superbly popular comic. The figure itself is made of plastic and very well detail and superb painting detail. I've gotten figures 10 times more expensive with worse paint jobs. So if you are a Batman fan - you will love it, especially for this price. The only caveat is that I wouldn't give this to a child since the comic-book is more for older teenagers and up.

I think for the $10 price tag you get decent value. You get a reprint of a pretty awesome comic and a small figure. I mean not every figure has to be 8” right?? Small is fine too right?? It still gets the job done right?? Right??? But seriously the figure is way too small
