Glides smoothly, it's a convenient size (about the size of a large plum). The base is hard plastic and does not get cold, making this comfortable to hold. Using this is much better than an ice cup--no need for towels--so much neater. Also, takes up less room in the freezer.

I was expecting a little thinker plastic. Something that felt more solid maybe? I'm worried if I drop this coming out of the freezer I'll have dozens of plastic bits. So saying all this the ball doesn't glide really well but it's functionable.

J'avais besoin de cette balle de massage et je ne le savais pas! Tient facilement dans la main, la taille est parfaite et le roulement se fait efficacement et sans effort. Parfait pour le soulagement temporaire des douleurs musculaires et puisque je souffre d'arthrite, j'apprécie qu'aucune pression ne soit exercée sur mes articulations, contrairement à un massage fait avec les mains. Maintenant je ne pourrai plus m'en passer. Ça vaut plus que cinq étoiles et pour le prix, je vais très certainement en commander une autre. Je recommande sans hésitation.
