I can’t tell if this actually works for lactation but I haven’t had any issues and I just like tea so it’s easy to drink. Even taste great cold!

I bought this breastfeeding helper tea because I was just a little bored with my normal one I still love. And it’s Amazing! I love the flavor and it up’ed my milk supply just within a few hours of having just one tea bag. It also has helped with my little girls upset belly she gets every once in a while from things I’m eating. She’s less gassy more comfortable and overall just happier. I love that I can refill my cup again with hot water and a little honey for a second cup with the same bag. Of course the second cups a little lighter on flavor (as to be expected). So worth the buy. So glad I had ordered 2 containers with high expectations because this totally delivered. I will be ordering again!

Works well for me when I felt having less milk .. didn't use it all the time but I definitely recommend to at least give a try

I ordered the punch flavor or tropical flavor and they sent me the lemon flavor. I tried it out anyways because I need help with my milk supply. There was no change in my milk supply and I was drinking this at least 2-3 times a day.

Very strong flavor, but nothing like how it smells. It smells fruity but doesn't taste fruity at all. I only steeped it for 2-3 min but it still came out overpowering. I'd try steeping for less than 2 min, but that seems a bit ridiculous since I usually steep other brands of tea bags for at least 15 min without having this problem.

I am usually very picky with my tea and kind of a snob about it but this tea taste AMAZING. not only did it actually plump up my supply after only 2 cups but it tastes great. I've tried so many teas, snacks and supplements but this was the first to actually work. I already produce a little more than my baby currently eats but I like to have a stock pile in the freezer just in case. It has also seemed to help out with my fluid intake( with guests feeling of constantly feeling dehydrated) I would highly recommend to any moms wanting to boost their supply I will definitely be ordering more

This tea is amazing you guys! It really helped me to increase my milk supply!! Also if you’re a huge tea drinker and you enjoy a nice cup of tea trust me you’ll love this one. It is so delicious and you do not taste anything but the fruits. I never added any sugar/milk/syrup and it’s hands down my favorite tea! Make me want to breastfeed all the time, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

it tastes good, especially with honey. but did not help me produce more.
