this sunscreen has a really nice, non greasy texture and acts as a good base under makeup. it does leave a slight white cast but it goes away pretty quick. I happen to be very pale so it might act differently on darker skin tones but for me it works! I also love the combined power of spf and antioxidants- an anti aging powerhouse!

This is nice and thick but still smooth and not heavy, which I like. It’s pretty light but does have a little bit of a ‘sunscreeny’ feel, probably due to the zinc. It seems to offer good coverage so it’s something I’ll wear when I’m spending a day by the pool (not in the water because it’s not waterproof) or similar. It did sting my skin just a little right when I was putting it on but I have dry skin and this is the norm for me. Overall, I like it and it’s a good value.

I recently decided to make the switch from chemical to mineral sunscreen so was on the hunt for a good mineral sunscreen for my face. I've been a daily sunscreen wearer for years and was using an expensive, chemical sunscreen that felt really good on my face. Now the task was to find a nice mineral sunscreen. I use other TruSkin products so know they are a good brand so decided to give this sunscreen a try. Bottom line - I've found "the one". It's great. It goes on a little white but rubs in easily so doesn't leave a lasting white residue. It's non-greasy and feels moisturizing. I've been using it now for about 2 months when playing tennis for 2 hours in full sun and it seems to be doing a good job of sun protection. Just ordered my 3rd tube.

I was not sure about the product at first because of the small size and amount but after talking to the co-founder (who was amazing enough to write me) I used the product and I have to say a little goes a long way and I will purchase from this company again. It feels great on my skin and does the trick! Amazing experience!!

I have to wear natural sunscreen with zinc only as the active ingredient due to extreme sensitivity to regular sunscreen products, even those that say they are for sensitive skin. The product I wore prior went off market and was unable to find something that didn't cause inflammation until TruSkin. All of the inactive ingredients are all natural and I love the way it feels on my face. My skin is normal with exception of having oily t zone. I was concerned there would be an odor because of another person's review but it is odorless. Glad I took the chance because it was exactly what I was looking for. I don't do reviews unless a product is excellent or if a product is really bad.

I purchased six of these sunscreens during the mid-July Amazon Prime Days while it was roughly 50% off its current price. I saw that this product had mostly positive reviews and had over 20% zinc oxide so I wanted to give a try. Today, I tried it out. The lotion looks thick coming out of the tube; however, it spreads easily on the skin, including to facial hair / a beard. The white cast fades out as it settles in; the end result is a mild white cast on the skin and a more noticeable white case on facial hair / a beard. The product did not pill up / cake up anywhere on the neck area, which separated it from other mineral lotion sunscreens that do. The downside of this product is that due to the construction of the tube, squeezing out the contents is slightly difficult. The biggest downside is that it has a noticeable, unpleasant scent while applying to the face. I received all six sunscreens on July 31, 2024, and all six had an expiration date of 05/2025.
