It a good racket for beginners
It have a great shipping service,the racket did not cracked it work ready well ,but the racket I got already need a restring I think is the skill issue

Had some initial challenges with delivery, but the seller was proactive and stayed in constant communication to resolve the issue. The bat arrived in perfect condition, just as described.
