These are great little inserts. Fits two different shanks. Easy to install and fits shanks well.

They work pretty well and will pull out with the bit at times, but they are the only ones that I’ve seen available. Wish they made a size for 8mm shanks. Also I think they’re a little pricy for what they are, especially if you have lots of bits.
