Must have been on the shelf for a long time. There were a ton of updates needed and the version of Windows 11 was so out of date I had to download a repaired version before it would work right. Also did not have Samsung update software installed so I had to find that online as well. Other than that and a battery that gets seriously hot when folded into tablet (problem with design in that vent is covered when laying flat on keyboard or when fully folded into tablet) this is a great laptop. Light weight, good size, works well as tablet.

An all-around excellent machine. It's fast, a ton of storage and16g of ram with 12 processors. The screen is clear and easy on the eyes. Two USB C ports makes it possible to connect it directly to the printer without using wireless if I don't want to. My phone connects directly to the computer as well. It came with a 64g mini SD card. (As if you really need it when you have a terabyte of storage!) The only thing I don't like is the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. I love that I can turn the screen around and have a full fledge tablet. It has a pen that can be used to draw or write. I bought this as a second computer to use for business (home laptop is also a Samsung) I highly recommend it. You can't go wrong. I have had a lot of laptops over the years, but none of them top this fine computer! All my electronics (televisions, DVD players, phone & tablets) are Samsung. They are dependable and excellent devices.

Don’t waste your money with this product and this seller, I bought this laptop and after 5 months it stop working and does not turns on anymore, I wrote to this people trying to find a solution with them because the laptop was sell by them but I just get an response saying that they cannot do nothing. I will try to take the laptop directly to Samsung and see if they can solve. But I don’t recommend this product.

The product lacks the USB hub specified in the instructions.

It’s a fast laptop but it gets hot always and I can’t use it. And I’ve been waiting for Amazon to come pickup. I do not get sms or calls when they get here. They just leave notes on my door. That’s really terrible. I need it gone so I can order another one. I don’t have a laptop I’m using right now.

Before you buy this laptop, check out the power supply issues associated with this device. In the last month it has rendered 3, 65 watt power supplies inoperable. I've spent about $300 in repairs. We have replaced the battery and cleaned the C Plug charging port with no success. The warranty is for a year and that is about as long as it lasted. There are known issues with the power and battery and may be found on Google and Reddit. Buyer beware.
