No Flow Arrow. Made in china like most acdelco parts nowadays
Looking at other filters, the flow should be in is the rounded part, out is the cut and welded end. See pic. Installed and had a small leak, had to retighten fuel lines at filter. Been a few days and 100 miles, no leaks.
