These are absolutely fantastic, particularly for the price. They’re easy to use and work as expected. I did make the mistake of leaving them in too long so couldn’t remove them and the following steps were needed to remove them. 1 unscrew the black collar to reveal the retaining lug for the metal insert and release it. 2 push some masking tape over the protruding metal insert to protect the tile 3 using strong side cutters, cut the insert off as close to the tile as possible. 4 using a small flat bladed screwdriver, or similar flat tool, ensure there’s no adhesive around the insert. If so clear it out. 5. Push the insert into the grout gap.

Worked well to remove lippage especially on longer tiles that have a slight bend - yes tiles do bend if long enough. Worked a treat - just remember to remove them within a few hours or it will be difficult to twist thwm out of the cement But definitely work well and are re-useable

I have tried several of these tile leveling gadgets over the years. This is the simplest and it actually works. Some people have moaned that you cannot remove them once the adhesive has set. Well Duh! Level the tiles and then carefully remove these after an hour. Tiles remain level and these come out easily. Soak in a bucket of water and the residue brushes of them for using again and again. Absolute bargain and the first time I can say YES, level!

An improvement on the original design with the metal bit embedded in the plastic. Tool and shape on item for tool has changed too for the better. Generally a good product.
