AlgaeCal is recommended by my Dr. to increase bone density. I broke both my wrist within a few years of each other so .... decided to take thins a bit more seriously. Be very careful with this product, it can have numerous side effects. Search online and find out how it can negatively affect your health. In my case it attacked the mucous membrane or mucosa on my tongue, which became very sore.
