Fantastic, best cutting scissors for cutting own bags, I wish I knew about them sooner.

Really sharp scissors great for doing my stoma bags

Theses scissors are nice and sharp and cut through the plate of the ostomy bags easily. However it loses its fifth star because of the pointed ends to the cutting blades. You have to take extra care when using these scissors that you don't pierce (puncture) the ostomy bags. I caught one but luckily didn't puncture it.

This cannot be used with an olostomy bag and should not be sold for this purpose. the scissor tips punctured the bag and it did not cut cleanly. The price is a rip off and clearly is not fit for purpose. I sent it back right away.

The curve is in the blade, not the combined angles of most medical scissors. The blade is sharp. Cuts are small but extremely effective in cutting a circle through my ostomy wafer without any jagged edges. These scissors cut as if my wafer were melted butter. The loops for my fingers are extra large, so I don't experience any pain or discomfort in my fingers when I am cutting. I will keep getting these scissors or maybe invest in a blade sharpener if necessary. That's how good the blade design is.

These are very nice scissors, slight curve makes it easier to cut a circle in a colostomy flange , very sharp they just glide through what you are cutting…good sturdy scissor that are easy to get your fingers into the gripes making it easy to hold without fatigue.
