It looked like the original and worked the same
I saw the mix reviews on this one and yet decided to give it a try. It end up living and exceeding my expectations. The keyboard looks and works as the original. I had cero problems with installation and it came with everything that I needed. I would purchase again without a doubt.

This Dell Latitude keyboard is garbage
I bought the Dell Latitude M4800 keyboard and all of the keys are falling off. I have only had it installed for a couple of days and it is falling apart. Also the keys are not the same as the original keyboard. They have shrunk the Shift key on the left which makes it hard to use. In the other half of the area they added a second slash button which is not needed. I am going to return this!

It works great
Spilled tea on my Dell E6540Keyboard started acting upOrdered this. Arrived the next day.About 3 minutes to swap the old keyboard out.Works great.

Took Two Attempts, but It Works
The first keyboard that arrived did not function properly at all, so I returned it for exchange. The second one needed clear packing tape to hold the ribbon cable in place, but it does function well. I can't go higher than four stars, as I'm not certain how long this keyboard will last.

SUNMALL Replacement Keyboard for Dell E5520
A (non SUNMALL) keyboard was ordered through Amazon for a Dell E5520 laptop. It was "incomplete", defective and not customer-fixable. A replacement had the same circuit defect. Subsequently ordered SUNMALL keyboard through Amazon. It was an OEM DELL keyboard that was COMPLETE for immediate installation and at the same deilivered cost as the "other" keyboards. VERY pleased and old Dell E5520 is happy!
