It came quickly and undamaged. The Fits without issue on my chair, it makes the chair a lot higher than the older base which for me was a pleasant surprise. For someone who is over 6 ft tall like I am, the height is perfect, although my gf may complain that her feet swing off the ends now. Its very stable. doesn't rock at all, and once the gas canister is set, it doesn't shift any more. I'm completed pleased with this purchase.

I bought this chair base to replace the manufacturer's original base. The OEM base was not suited to upgraded skate wheel installation, and was failing to allow the chair to roll freely. The original plastic wheel sockets would bend and cause the chair to lean. This base is perfect for the application. All metal construction, especially the receiver ports for the wheel posts. Solid construction, assembles in 5 minutes, and provides the stability I was looking for with the better wheels. It does not come with wheels at all, so you'll have to provide your own. The kit does include the hardware and hex key to assemble the base if you don't already have these tools.

Had a great gaming/ office desk chair- however after 3 years the base cracked literally in 1/2. The manufacturer did make it any longer- thus no parts. This was a PERFECT fit. Assembled with the 4 bolts given... not only stronger- and a bit wider spread for more stability! Highly recommend- but definitely check measurement to assure correct fitment.

I had problems moving my chair. Not due to the absence of a mat, or obstructed wheels. I was baffled until I realized that the plastic base that came with my chair (nice chair actually) was cracked. This allowed the cylinder to slowly descend beyond its natural position, eventually making contact with the floor. Baffling, because I thought either the wheels were jammed, or the cylinder was failing. Eventually, I noticed the contact and after closer inspection saw the crack. This replacement is made of metal; I don't see that issue happening again. There's some light assembly required - not difficult. And, positioning your chair's cylinder into the base is easy. Make sure you purchase the proper size opening for your cylinder. So far, works perfectly...and my pricey chair is usable again.

The bases on 3 Vevor chairs, failed. Broke. Collapsed. We sought refunds and reached a claim. This base is exceptionally strong, and More importantly, it is one piece for each leg. I do not understand why and in what universe that it would make logical sense to injection mold, a chair base with four of the legs molded, but the fifth leg to be bolted on with a small piece of plastic inserted into the other one. . Easy to assemble. Installation was nice. The height is rate and handles a lot of the weight and it is zero noise.

I am so glad that I bought this first instead of replacing my leather office chair! It is black and metal and super sturdy! The wheels allow my chair to glide easily on the hardwood floor and my oriental rug. My chair will outlive this base, but I will continue to use this base on the next chairs that I purchase. Super easy to assemble. The hardest part was removing the old base from my chair.
