this is not quite 1 size fits all as it doesn't fit my Flex Fit 405, but it had a nice feel and seemed like a quality product. I'd have kept it if it had worked for me. I may still have to modify it if I can't find a better option lol

This headgear is sturdy, but not meant for full-face masks like mine. The back part of the strap is centered too high for that, and it constantly tries to slide down to my neck. But if I had only a nasal mask, this would probably be great.

Great gear for my sleep machine. I have been using a sleep machine for years, and this is a comfortable mask for me.

I find I need to replace my ResMed headgear more often than the 6-month cycle insurance allows. I tried this 3rd party headgear since it is much less expensive than the name-brand ResMed headgear. Unfortunately, the quality is so bad, I don't think I'll be buying this product again. Some items of note: 1. The headgear itself has narrower straps than the ResMed. This means it does not hug the head as well and thus does not provide the best mask seal. Photos for the product show the standard width of the ResMed headgear - this is false advertising! 2. The Velcro attachments are extremely strong. It's almost impossible to detach the Velcro to adjust the straps. 3. The headgear is made of a layered material that easily separates with use. The strong Velcro will often cause the layers to separate when detaching the Velcro. The headgear also doesn't hold up to weekly cleanings.
