I gave it 5 out of 5 for sound - you have to remember this is very small so the big sound it gives is amazing. Of course it's not going to be better than a full-sized boombox BUT it ain't a full-sized boombox. But you won't be disappointed for an easy to carry around or take on holiday bluetooth stereo speakers (which is what it is). I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for value for money - that's because it was quite costly BUT 4 out of 5 is a great score! I gave it 5 out of 5 for the quality of material - it is made fantastic! Even the volume control works. It's robust and metal and cool and just looks awesome! I'm more than happy with this - maybe I should have given it 5 stars instead of 4 for value for money... maybe I'm being a bit harsh :)

AWESOME audio quality, awesome feel, made of quality materials. It gets LOUD And I love that. Ofcourse with my luck I’d get one with the sticker upside down where the spoof level meters are lol. But I’m not a stickler about that sorta thing enough to send it back. I just think it’s funny lol. Definitely not going to part with this speaker, cause idk if they are gonna make em again! The price went up right after my purchase, But even at 200, I’d say this is a valued purchase. For me 159 was an easy decision because I was looking at speakers in the 120-130 range The 40 hour battery is going to be interesting! I’ve only had speakers that last max 8 hours. So I’ll report back about that later. New wave toys makes a bunch of cool stuff; this is my third product of there’s. And haven’t seen another true 80’s classic speaker like this without it being 240, lesser battery life, or it’s like a cheap tinny thing. This is a premium device; and I hope they continue making these; if they made another with more controls, I’d look at saving for that too. It’s a heavy weight, but that’s good because I can feel the quality in it; it’s definately not in line with a 50 dollar product on Amazon. I chose this for all the above But on top of that the AUX cable is what sold me Having the Aux cable is important for me to play via a couple devices Mainly my iPad and keyboard, I can’t use Bluetooth for making music on the iPad because of latency with connectivity. But with the aux jack, I am fine.

Fits my 1/6 figures perfectly. The Bluetooth sound quality of perfect for a 1/6 display and sounds great. As for how well it works, it’s pretty straight forward. Simply connect your phone and turn it one. Use your phone for volume control or use the tiny knob on the radio to control the volume. The battery life works really well as it holds a charge for a good long while and the price honestly wasn’t too high when you set it next to various 1:6 scale figures. Quality and durability are pretty solid. It admittedly fell off the shelf and landed in a tile floor and thankfully survived with no scuffs or dings and no rattling. This collector is certainly pleased with the purchase.

Let me start at saying that this is a 10 star product based on it's look and authenticity to the original 80's boom box. I'm so impressed and I love it. That being said, instead of just decoration, I actually use mine as a Bluetooth speaker and it constantly automatically turns itself off if the volume is set to a low level. I need to have the volume turned up significantly so that it doesn't auto shutoff, which means I can't use it at night. I keep it plugged in to AC, so I wish it wouldn't do this at all, or in the least had a higher sensitivity to audio playing through it. Other than that I love it... but only for part of the day.

This is well worth the price. I love all the different ways I can listen to music on it. It is pretty loud and the quality of sound is good.

I bought the mini first and love it, so i bought the micro also just as impressed with the sound quality and the detail they put into these units. Only issue im having is the micro doesnt seem to hold a good charge. charged it the night before, 3 hours into work and it was dead. charged it all night last nite again and try it again today. the mini is awesome in every aspect. highly recommend it.

I like your product a lot its has really good sound and its very stylish, only downside is the price if it’s truly a toy it should be affordable for youth….

I adore this mini boombox! The details are so amazingly real. The antenna even pull in and out like the real thing. My daughter and I played with it over the weekend and we had such a ball dancing around our garage. The sound is unexpectedly rich for such a small speaker. And the little volume knob actually controls the volume. We used it much of Saturday and all of Sunday and we still haven't needed to charge it. It's definitely a win, in our book!
