Best dog treats you can find!
We have a golden retriever. He's been eating these treats since we brought him home at 8 weeks old, and he is just as crazy about them now as he was in the beginning! **THESE CHEWS SMELL HORRIBLE** They smell like straight up FISH, because they ARE fish. Wash your hands after giving them to the dog, and make sure the bag gets immediately resealed well. Other than that, we haven't had any issue with the smell lingering or affecting the house any, and it's not bad enough to need to feed it outside. As soon as the dog eats it, it's gone. As with any 1 ingredient natural treats, the size and shape varies. Some pieces are VERY small, some are very wide and long. They are not going to take long at all for your dog to eat them, unless you have an extra small breed puppy. They are great for their coat and skin, and our dog goes NUTS for them! I cannot recommend this enough! Single ingredient treats are the only way to go for your dog's health, and this company has made a very affordable option to give your pets the best! This is marketed for dogs, but absolutely could be given to cats too. There's quite a lot in the packaging, about half to 3/4 the bag is treats (air is needed in the packaging to keep them fresh obviously), I would break them in fourths or MAYBE thirds for a long lasting cat chew and they'll last a really long time that way too!

They will fit in a bully stick holder
I debated about these for my smaller dog. She doesn't seem to know how to hold chew toys or bully sticks to chew them. I have a bully stick holder and I found that I can bend the Ocean chew length wise and it will fit the holder. She loves these. They are kind of stinky.

Dog’s Favorite Treat
These are my pit mixes favorite treats. I’m sure they would be super long lasting for most dogs but mine can devour it within 5 minutes. They do have a strong fish smell but because my dog eats them so quickly, we’ve never had the smell linger. She just wishes she had them all the time but unfortunately the good treats are always the most expensive! The bag does come with quite a few and I’ve repurchased probably 10x.

Dogs do love them!
My dogs really do love them, which as far as I'm concerned is probably the most important criteria. However, there are two things worth noting. First, they really do smell. Now, I know, every dog chew treat you buy, somebody will report that it "stinks" and usually, at worst, the product smells mildly stale to my human nose and not nearly as bad as that one reviewer claimed. Not so with these. These fish skins really smell very strongly of fish! We call them "your stinky fish skins" when talking to the dogs. That's probably why they love them so much. Secondly, for my two 9 pound dogs, one treat is a huge portion of their daily caloric intake. I have to very carefully ration them out. I could cut them into quarters, but they're really tough to cut so I mostly don't do that. If you find that you really have to be careful about your dog's food intake you should consider that. One more note - both my nieces tasted a fish skin on the grounds that they're human grade. They report that they taste like fish. Who'da thunk?

Our dogs love these! Go crazy when they see them and kept stealing them out of the pantry! Had to put on a higher shelf!

Dog loves them, but...
I had no idea Wolffish are threatened/endangered until after I bought this. Now, I don't think I can purchase these chews again in good conscience. That aside, these are good chews. They are pretty thin, so my 21lb dog can eat a whole one in just a minute or two. Also, they smell veryyy fishy, so if that's not your thing, I'd probably avoid these. I like them a lot as a nutritious meal topper or snack, but I am going to have to look for chews that are more sustainable.

My dog loves these!!
My dog is an extreme chewer. Extreme. Chewer. She can chew through dental bones in three bites, and would easily inhale any other edible bone I gave her in the past unless they were super hard. I kind of gave up on finding her an edible bone, thinking she would just never find the one. Recently I decided to do some more research wanting to give it another go, and I came across these and my interest piqued. I didn’t want to do yak bones or antlers or horns because of personal opinions but also because I find those way too hard. I didn’t want my dog to chip her teeth on anything like that. Yes all bones can pose that risk but I think especially so for harder bones. To my surprise, these wound up being perfect. My extreme chewer can still get through them but it is NOT in three bites. She can happily chew on this for about 5 minutes but that’s actually more than enough time for me! I also didn’t like it in the past when harder bones that I tried would take her 30 mins to an hour to get through because I found it dangerous. I was surprised that something as thin and as small could be given to my extreme chewer but I’m so happy I found these. She has always been more of a fish leaning dog anyway (her pescatarian era), and she really loves these. They do smell like fish but it’s literally dried, real fish skin. I’m not sure what anyone expects. It doesn’t bother me though since my dog likes it so much.
