Easy to follow recipes. Bought as a gift but seems pretty good as there are tutorials on line to follow. No problems with ordering or delivery

Easy to read and easy to follow. Nice food.

I've been a big fan of Aaron and Claire's youtube channel for ages and I fully flexed than fandom as soon as I had my own kitchen to run. I've enjoyed every recipe I've tried so buying Aaron's book was a no brainer! Some of the books recipes require ingredients a bit harder to source but overall they are simple and extremely flavorful. I would highly recommend this book to people entirely new to cooking as well as those looking to experiment with more Korean food. If in doubt check out Aaron and Claire on youtube for entertaining walkthroughs and unmissable (in my personal opinion) recipes like cheesy potato corndogs as well as commentary from the pair themselves. In the immortal words of Claire "Your welcome".

Even if you're not a fan of their channel, Aaron's recipes for authentic Korean food at home are fantastic. He keeps things simple, recommends subs but stays true to the original dishes.

Very good book, I would recommend. Really good recipes. If you like Korean food it's a must have.

If you want to know the basics / fundamentals of Korean cooking then this is a good book to start with. Aaron breaks down what ingredients to buy and have in your pantry to get started, a number of sauce recipes and common korean dishes that will satisfy your taste buds - believe me its really tasty!

Everything we cook using this book comes out amazing. Aaron's instructions are direct, simple and easy to follow. Absolutely love this book, and looking forward to the new one.

The book covers a good range of approachable Korean recipes, some sauces, sides, soups, noodles, proteins and a few desserts. I started watching Aaron and Claire's YouTube channel randomly to learn a bit more Korean recipes. I knew nothing about the subject, and slowly tried new things and graduated to going to HMart and some other Korean stores to just try stuff. I keep coming back to this book because it's generally super easy and stays within the more commonly available Korean ingredients. The quality of the book is really good as well, (I like browsing through, and its more enticing to try stuff if the pictures are nice and the book feels well put together). This is my favorite cookbook purchase in a while. I hope they do a follow-up. It's fun looking around a Korean store and wondering what all the different items get used to make. And you can make some really healthy and inexpensive Korean dishes that will surprise you. I highly recommend this book, and will likely buy more for gifting.

The book itself is amazing! Stunning photos, celar and easy instructions. Variety of dishes is magnificent. Can't wait to cook from it! The only minus was packaging. I know it's not author's fault obviously but my book came a little bit damaged (damage shown in photo occured during transportation I suppose). I was a little bit sad because cover is nice and I want to display it but inside of the book is full.
