I purchased these for a friend who is in active addiction. I have lost so many to this horrific and devastating disease of addiction, and fentanyl is all over the streets. She brought me something she found suspicious in appearance and asked me to test. Lo and behold, it was fentanyl. $6 is so incredibly affordable, but saving a life is priceless. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I like the privacy of buying test strips online vs the pharmacy. While I enjoy the occasional recreational products fentynal should be a huge concern for all of us. These strips have proved accurate and are fairly easy to use without requiring a huge amount of product. I use powder from different areas in a package or shave a tiny portion off a pill to test. Make sure you follow the directions perfectly. I would be so bold as to suggest parents or loved ones make sure young people have access to testing strips as they can save a life. In my generation we would drink and drive before a public campaign educated all of us and parents started being more concerned about kids feeling safe to call for a ride than facing harsh consequences about experimental behavior. We should all be the same about fentynal awareness.

So my roommate has a habit and after a OD at the tail end of 2025 i decided to be more productive. He one of my oldest friends we have known each other since 3rd grade so while i don’t like his habit … he is a grown man he is gonna do what he is gonna do but I set some new ground rules and these test are a part of it. They are a literal life saver and have caught bad stuff 2 times and that alone is why I’m giving this 4 stars. Why not 5 you might be asking well in a pack of 5 2 were invalid and 3 worked and that’s been more a less the status quo when it comes to these test. Now I’m no chemist and these test strips might as well be magic as far as I’m concerned but idk why some are invalid and then others work fine. I’ve done test where I get invalid and the next valid both drawn from the same source so I’m not sure what the issue is. All in all personally these are worth there weight in gold but I’d like it if all 5 can be used not just 3-4 of em. Anyway I hope this helps. For the price and considering what they do … I’d still rather have 2 duds and 3 good ones than no test. I usually buy 2-4 packs and make sure I have at least 3 test in hand at all times.

This is a must have for anyone with anything that's not directly from a pharmacy and does not know for absolute sure that the substance they have is what it is. They are cheap enough and you don't need to "waste" very much of your sample to test. I am actually 4 years sober but a friend of mine got some pills that looked a bit off and there was no way to no what is in them for sure (dealers will always tell you they aren't pressed or fake, or just straight up tell you they are pressed but is alprazolam from my experience). So I told him to hold off just for a day, got this test kit within 24 hours. I used two just to be safe and got negative result for both tests. The one line was visible but kinda faint which is why I used two but still got the same results. These are a life saver and should be used by anyone who (hopefully not) has any sort of problems with substances and is going to take things without question. Stay safe everyone and please use these. Pills can look so authentic but you'll never know for sure unless you test it.

Like many other reviewers commented, the result is too ambiguous to trust. The instructions indicate a negative result even if the second line is very faint. I used three strips on the same sample and the second line varied. Sometimes it was darker than others but in all cases it was very very faint. Not sure if I want to trust someone's life based on if a line is barely there (or not). Will try a different brand as these are bunk.

I ordered 2 test strips to test powder found on a straw tip. Very little amount of residue to test. First test used on the straw - positive Second test used as a test for accuracy so I tested a normal Rx drug on hand - negative. So, this test was extremely helpful. After the positive result, spoke with the "straw user". They had a friend OD last week - percocet laced with fentanyl. I wish more people would buy these tests and distribute them to teenagers. Every test has to potential to save a life. *** ADDITION: I just checked here to buy another set of strips and ran across some of the negative reviews. People need to read the directions better. There's literally a review picture of someone holding the strip saying that they bought 4 tests and all 4 failed. Well...they're holding it by the wrong end! They dipped the WRONG end. You hold the blue tip and test the opposite end. There's a picture showing this with the instructions. If you're purchasing fentanyl tests, take 5 minutes to thoroughly read the instructions and make sure that you use the test properly. Your negative review, from incorrectly testing, could deter someone from purchasing these. My experience was that I followed the instructions and the test was accurate. ***
