They are super small size
If you wear L don’t even bother to buy. They are S and even for M they’ll be still small

Works very well
I bleed heavily on my period and I struggle not to leak, I’ve leaked once throughout my whole period and it wasn’t major, very small leaks. It’s comfortable and is so much better than pads. It’s quite expensive so I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing every single time.
