I had been using just melatonin for quite a while. Since I had hit menopause and beyond, my sleep patterns drastically changed. I would wake up 2:00 am no fail and not go back to sleep. Even with the melatonin, my very active mind would not shut down. In doing my research I found this stuff. The first night it did not work because of all nights my husband was snoring to beat all and I had gas. The next night I did sleep. Then the following nights I found that I slept throughout the night, even if I had to get up to go pee, I would fall right back to sleep. My mind doesn't keep me awake anymore. I also found that I don't get as aggravated during the day unless something really exploded in the course of the day...but the little things are not as stressful now. All in all, I think this product works pretty good...and it only has been a week.

I think this project could be a little cheaper but it works great. I'm never groggy and the sleep always feels refreshed and perfect Updated- I've been using this for a while now and it was a great product however I noticed it started to get these little black spots. Though it might have been the heat until I opened the last three bottles I bought ( expiry date 07/22 ) and they were all stuck together and had a really awful smell. They were also green. I had to throw them away. I don't know if they are changing the expiration date but this has left me absolutely disgusted with the product and will be looking for an alternative

I've been keto for 2 years, I started using cbd gummies to help with sleep, while sleep was great my weight loss completely stopped. I tried working out more, fasting more often, eating as close to zero carb as possible nothing worked. Then I realized the weight loss stalled when I started the CBD gummies. I went off them for 2 weeks and started bulletproof sleep mode and I'm down 5 pounds and sleep has been great. I feel rested with zero drowsiness. I was worried because melatonin in the past has wreaked havoc with my sinuses but all has been fine.

As a sleep aid alone, I didn't feel that much different getting to sleep than when taking nothing at all after a busy day working and a certain amount of stress going on in my life. Now, when I was relaxed (not a crazy day, no or very little caffeine during the day) , just reading a book right after taking the 2 capsules, I did find myself drifting off to sleep. Also, on stressful days, I tried also adding 50 mg of magnesium threonate & 400mg of Chinese skullcap to the regular dose of Bulletproof product. This produced a decent sleep all night long. One negative thing about the capsules, many of them were stuck together in the bottle...they really need a desiccant to keep products dry and stick free, or come up with a better coating!

I purchased these on a bit of whim. I like trying out new things, especially from companies that I really trust. I wasn't having constantly horrible sleep, but these were definitely nights that were not optimal and nights that were short, due to longer hours at work. The first night I took the recommended dose (two gel caps) and I slept great. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go. After that, I have mixed up my dose between one and two caps and for me, one cap works best. I imagine this will be different for everyone, so make sure to mix it up. I'll likely purchase these again, or save the ones I have now for nights where I know I'm going to get fewer hours of sleep or on those restless nights. I don't think I need them every night, however. They are super easy to swallow gel caps. I take them at night, obviously. Also, the gel caps kind of look like coffee beans, which is funny considering the company that produces them :).

I only take one bcz two makes me nauseous unless I swallow food with it. However, One works within 40 min. I start to feel sleepy and can sleep through the night. When I awake, I feel rested and not groggy like I feel with most sleep aids. great product!
