FoxAlien Masuter Pro 3-Axis CNC Router Machine, Beginner Hobby Engraving Machine All-Metal Structure for Wood Acrylic MDF Nylon Routing Milling Carving

I found the machine to be well constructed. Its robust aluminum frame provides impressive stability, reducing vibrations for more accurate and consistent results. Setting up is simple, thanks to clear instructions and easy-to-use controls that make it approachable for beginners like me. The most notable aspect is its dependable spindle and smooth axis movement, enabling precise cuts on materials such as wood, plastics, and light metals. The wide software compatibility means you can use popular design programs seamlessly. Customer service is outstanding. My machine arrived with a minor hardware issue—occasional misses happen even with top quality control. As a novice, I initially thought I was at fault, but after a chat and some emails, they identified defective hardware. They quickly shipped a replacement part along with instructions. Once I installed the new part, performance improved greatly. Although the work area is somewhat limited for larger projects, it offers sufficient space and versatility for beginner tasks. Overall, this CNC machine provides great value, combining durability, precision, and user-friendly features.

Purchased the MasuterPro 4040 with router. Set up and assembly took no time at all. Literally less than 30 minutes. Ran accurate cuts right off the bat, no headache trying to dial it in. Is it a machine that’s gonna allow me to make parts for the next SpaceX launch? No. But for as inexpensive as it is, it’s pretty amazing what it can do and the quality. It’s fairly quiet, the sound of the material being cut by a bit is louder than any of the motors. A week later I purchased the 40W laser and 4080 extension. I’m planning on using it for guitar making. Haven’t run any on it yet, but tested some smaller patterns on hard maple, ebony, and mahogany and it seemed sturdy and strong enough. Bit quality matters, rpm and feed rate as well. Don’t expect this thing to cut a guitar body in 10 minutes, cleanly. It’s not a $100k rig. Software (not FoxAlien- just the process and technology as a whole) is a bit of a learning curve for doing advanced design and making but if you are looking into CNC, I’m sure you are sharp enough to get over that hump.

Assembly was easy straight forward with instructions that were easy to follow and understand, Worked great for the first few weeks, then suddenly the spindle would not turn on, contacted support, explained the problem and they said I should take a meter reading of the voltage (think it was the voltage, I’m not an electrition) so $25 later I tested the voltage, took a photo of every setting. They got back to me and said I needed a new mother board and they had ordered one to be delivered from China ( think it took about ten days. So when I attempted to replace it the problem became obvious, the spindle connection to the mother board had blown, resulting in the connection melting itself to the mother board making it impossible to remove the now redundant mother board, when I informed Foxalien about this, they said I need a replacement spindle cable, I told them I’d had enough and wanted either a replacement machine or my money back (I repeated this several times during our correspondence, each time they completely ignored my request as if I’d never said it) and there reply was, we’ve ordered you a new spindle cable, from China. Honestly I was quite happy with the machine at the onset, but the hoops you have to jump through and the terrible customer service not to mention the weeks you have to wait for any part that fails is unacceptable.

I'm a woodworking phantic and finally decided to purchase a cnc. After a lot of research and watching videos I decided on the Masuter Pro for my first machine. (great reviews and well priced). Set up was very easy and wasready to get strted. After a few more videos I got started. Machine worked greatfor@2 weeks and then seemed to respond when it wanted to. After a few back and forth emails with customer service the problem was still not resolved. They sent me a new control board (@ 5days to recieve, slow post office) and problem resolved. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get into cnc. Will be buying Foxalien for future upgrades andcustomer service. Remember, as with all products not everyone is perfect when coming off assembly and if it is it goes thru hell when shipped no matter how well packaged.

So far so good! Assembly was fairly easy following the pictures. Only reason for the 4 star is the issue with the included thumb driver. I was unable to install the program but after some searching I was able to locate it online. I did replace the spindle with a cheap router from Harbor Freight so I could engrave hardwood. Short of some learning curves it’s been a fun toy and would recommend to others.

What are fabulous piece of kit, arrived on time and in the most fabulously packed boy in layer and layer of foam. Has kept me amused for hours. Had a small issue with a limit switch and contacted fox alien customer services who where so helpful, they diagnosed the problem which I replaced the switch from the spare from my delivery, they then sent me a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Now works perfectly real customer service.

Una maravilla, funciona perfectamente y es muy fácil de usar

nulla da dire, è la migliore. per avere il massimo dei risultati per lavori con frese grandi consiglio di cambiare immediatamente il trapanino che però è ottimo per piccoli lavori. Con un bel matita da 65mm si può fare qualunque cosa. ora farò delle modifiche per renderla più grande. per i miei lavori di insegne neon necessito di un piano più grande.

Ich hatte mich schon lange mit dem Gedanken beschäftigt mir eine CNC-Fräse zuzulegen. Meine Wahl viel dabei auf die Masuter Pro von Foxalien und ich bereue dies keinen Moment. Der Aufbau ging Reibungslos von statten und die Aufbauanleitung gibt keine Rätsel auf. Die Kabel sind schon im Kabelkanal verlegt und so war ich nach ca. einer (entspannten) Stunde fertig. Bisher habe ich mich auf Holzfräsen beschränkt und habe keinerlei Probleme damit. Als Software benutze ich Easel, welches für Einsteiger Perfekt ist. Der Kundenservice ist Top und bei Fragen würde ich diesen jederzeit empfehlen. Habe mir dann gleich die 300W-Spindel zugelegt und würde das jedem empfehlen. Alles im allem bin ich mit der CNC-Fräse vollkommen zufrieden.

Super machine. Après avoir pris la fraiseuse CNC matuser Pro. J'ai pris l’extension 40x80 et les moteurs nema23. J'ai voulu reconstruire l'extension et j'ai pris chez FoxAlien la barre central et j'ai commandé des micro Switch. Ce qui me fait deux fraiseuses.
