Great product did not disappoint

I have ordered these peanuts eight times over the last three years from multiple sellers. The quality has been top notch every time. We make peanut brittle and French Burnt peanuts for our family and friends.

I made 3 batches of peanut brittle this morning and they turned out great. The raw Spanish peanuts were fresh and yummy! How can you tell? If the skin stays on the nuts during the cooking - the nuts are fresh. So these peanuts are good and fresh and the peanut brittle is very tasty. This vendor is dependable for fresh and tasty peanuts. I will probably use 40 pounds of their raw Spanish peanuts in 2024. Yeah!

of course you gotta boil them for ages, then dry them, then bake them. but once you get used to it and find your magic cook time that you like, it's flavor experiments time. I have tried a few things that I was not sure of, even after, they looked burned, but oh man they tasted good(I did BBQ sauce, brown sugar, hotsauce, even chocolate powder drink/pudding mix, and pancake syrup[not the best one]) and I keep going back for 2nds, 3rds, I can't get enough till they're gone. then it's back to boil, dry, bake, seasoning, etc. then it's hard not to do a movie or read a book and just munch away.

Love these nuts! I use them in brittle and they are awesome! They are so fresh.
