Um, for this price, I cannot complain. I have a dog and a cat, and this thing is sturdy enough for them to crawl and jump and sleep on it. Yeah, it picks up animal hair, but since the seatcushions are one flat piece, it is easy to clean without worrying about junk falling in between them. This is a firm sofa, and fairly shallow, so it's not one you can "sink into," but it is a great looking piece that is super comfy to stretch out on with a couple added throw pillows. I pit it together by myself in an afternoon. Not too hard to figure out. A great buy!

This is the second item I bought from Life Style Solutions (LSS); I bought the arm chair and because I liked that I bought the sofa and I still very much like the furniture. But......if you expect any type of customer service from LSS if there is a problem, FORGET IT! This seller is ridiculous! Here's my story. When assembling the sofa one of the end/arm pieces did not line up with the base correctly. I pulled back the fabric liner and found that the frame was cracked and a corner gusset had broken away form the frame. This was a defect, not caused by any shipping accident; it left the factory this way. OK, no problem, I just need a replacement base for the sofa and all will be well again. I took photos and contacted Amazon. They told me to contact LSS and gave me the contact info. At first the very nice lady at LSS was sympathetic, told all my info and had me send her the photos and a description of the defect. I explained I simply wanted to replace the defective bottom base unit. After several emails and phone calls, LSS decided it was time to point the finger at Amazon. It's THEIR PROBLEM! I don't think so! It's the seller's responsibility because they sold and sent me a defective sofa. Amazon now gets involved. A conference call with a man at LSS and an Amazon supervisor ensues and the whole matter takes a left turn. The man at LSS gets very agitated and hangs up on us. Customer service? I don't think so. So in true Amazon fashion, a new supervisor steps in and offers to resolve this for me. Refund all my purchase price money or buy me a replacement sofa from another seller at a cost of $100 more. Now that friends is "Customer Service"! So......I like the furniture, but will NEVER buy from LSS again and I strongly warn all of you not to IF you have even the slightest expectation of customer service from this company. IMO Amazon should stop doing business with LSS, I am.

I bought this as a sofa to divide two separate sitting areas in a larger open room. I like that it is low, so you can still converse from over it, but it is small. Good for 1-2 petite adults- larger or taller persons will probably not find this chair comfortable.

The seat of the couch is pretty firm but I prefer that so it doesnt bother me. It was easy to assemble. I am a female, 140lbs 5'8" and I had it together in less than 30 minutes. I have a few minor complaints. It isn't very sturdy, the istructions even say to "prohibit jumping" but it's a cheap couch, of course it's not super sturdy. The little floor protector rubber things on the bottoms of the legs are pretty much useless. I slid the couch about 4 feet and 2 of the rubber things ripped off. It arrived with minor damage but it was on an area of the couch that isn't seen once it's all together so that didn't bother me at all. The last thing that was a little disappointing was the color. I was really hoping for a truer navy blue. This is a deep blue that has a hint of green to it so it's borderline dark teal. So because it's not truly navy, it doesn't exactly match my stuff but for the price and design, it is a great couch. My dogs love it so it's puppy approved!

Bought 2 sofas for my office. They look good, but the quality is awful. Awful!!! The back legs of 1 sofa broke off and the entire back of the other sofa detached. Horrible, flimsy quality. Do not waste your money!

Very happy I bought this. Seemed to get it on sale, so I was worried about the quality, but it’s a steal for the price. Sturdiness is firm, but not hard material. The color is slightly tinted green but if you have navy stuff it’s extremely close that it will fit right in. Perfect size for an apartment and easy to assemble. Also, it arrived almost a week early with no damage or issues. Highly recommend for younger people as a great starter couch!

Modern sofa with two roll pillows. Contemporary looking the Sofa can be placed in a Living Room, Bedroom or Great Room. I placed at the end of my Master king size bed. Well priced. Easy to assemble. The blue color is dark blue but not quite navy.

Extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and after a few months a coil popped under the seat making it even more uncomfortable to sit on. Definitely won’t recommend it, it’s worth splurging some extra cash to get good sofa that will last a long time.
